Location was excellent. However, staff were helpless when I asked for any form of assistance. Not any fault of theirs though. Room stank cos of opened sewage cap and problem was not resolved even after bringing it up to concierge. Doors of toilet could not be shut as well. Air conditioning wasn’t working too good as well, thus made breathing difficult in room as well:)

I have stayed in this hotel many times because the location is indeed very convenient, which gives it a good value for money. However, the facilities are indeed old. This time I encountered a problem that the floor drain in the bathroom was a bit blocked, and the water was not drained until the next day after taking a shower. However, the air conditioner is good. The last time I stayed there, the air conditioner was noisy.
