We checked this less than 15 minutes before check-in time but couldn't enter the room. At 15.00 sharp we were invited in. The location of the hotel is in an alley far from the main road. The room was quite big but smelled damp, my crew was given room number 42, the smell was extraordinary when the door was opened, the smell reached the stairs, then I asked to move rooms, at first the fat receptionist said there were no empty rooms, then I spoke rather loudly because of the condition of the room. the smell of damp was very bad then the fat receptionist said it was at number 52 then we moved but it still smelled but not as bad as before. Bed quality is not good (see attached photo). The leg of the bed was broken and had been removed (see my last photo). Aminities are very minimal, only bath soap, shampoo, hand washing soap. No toothbrush, toothpaste, sandals, Cutton buds. Room cleaning every 3 days outside of that is subject to additional costs. Mineral water is only given once on the first day and can then be refilled at the dispenser on the 1st floor in front of the reception. For others, you can see from the photo I attached. I booked twice, the last one I canceled. I moved to another hotel which was not far from this hotel location. The stars are the same, the prices are the same but the quality and service are very different. So my assessment is that the Theme Boutique hotel is not worthy of being a 3 star hotel.
