Booked Nels Deluxe King Room and the overall service was pretty good. The location is in a narrow alley, so you will need to wait a little longer to hail a taxi. The WiFi speed is slow, but since our phone has eSIM installed, it doesn't bother us too much.
The room was cleaned every day and was quiet. The only small drawback is that the bathroom leaks a little bit into the guest room, but the amount of water is acceptable with the floor mat absorbing it.
After checking out, the receptionist will go to the room to confirm that everything is OK before refunding the deposit.

The hotel is well maintained, staff is extremely helpful. They made our stay very pleasant. However, the bathrooms with bathtubs have a major drawback as the water over flows all over.
