The room is not spacious but has complete amenities. Not far from the alley. The mattress and pillows are very good. There are many cafes in the alley.

The good:
- location is not bad since it is within walking distance to some malls and BTS station (Phrom Phong).
- nearby street food stalls
- bars (both normal and dodge) is nearby.
- good massage (healthy massage sukhumvit 33) which is clean, good and reasonably priced.
- not that noisy so don’t worry if your room faces the main road.
- one of the best bed I’ve slept on in Bangkok.
The Bad:
- room is generally clean BUT i had to flush off 5-6 cockroaches throughout my 4 nights stay.
- shower’s drainage is poor and creates a mini pond after your shower.
- showing signs of ageing where certain switches don’t work … lamination peeling off furnitures … tv not working.
To be fair … they’d probably rectify some of the bad if I had spoken out but we were so tired from walking around. Hope the management will take this and improve!

The room is very old and small. It's not worth the price. There is no hot water. The front desk service is a mess. Only the fat receptionist who checked in was very enthusiastic. The enthusiastic front desk photo is posted. The thin receptionist on the night shift is terrible.

1. No one answered the call to the front desk when calling the room, so you need to go downstairs to make your request.
2. No toilet paper or slippers provided in the room
3. The receptionist has a stinky face and lacks service spirit
