酒店服務員態度友善， 但入住時房間有一盞露台燈壞了，告知職員，但住宿期間沒有人跟進和更換。酒店附近有商場，地點尚算良好。有免費船往碼頭，再接駁去其他景點。泳池環境優美。

入住後門鎖壞的 來回修門鎖四十分鐘 我和孩子也不能休息 再一看窗外這景色 要求換房 説沒房 衹有員工表示不好意思了一下

曼谷的安娜塔拉住了不下10次了，房價從最初的700+到現在的1400+，跟口罩前還是明顯感覺到很多不一樣的地方。
酒店西側工地在施工，噪音很大，原本位置很好的西翼現在顯得很嘈雜。
泳池有一堆一堆的韓國客人，關鍵都不是游泳的，由於人太多，泳圈也不給用了，如果政策有變，在C/I的時候是要明確告知的。
餐廳很擁擠，可能是氣温較高，都擠在室內的緣故，但隔壁的餐飲區域完全可以開放，之前入住的時候用餐人數可能是現在的2倍，也沒顯得擁擠，但現在真的沒有環境可言。
就餐引領一定是確定好客人的喜好後再帶位，否則排隊等待的意義何在。
入住第二天遇到了停電，在室外氣温40°的情況下，下午1-5點停電都是無法接受的。
續住給了官網原價，這是很搞笑的地方，官網可是有優惠券的。
是時候在曼谷另找主所了

We love this hotel sooo much.So beautiful and lovely views and boat ride.the staffs are soooo attentive to details.They provide birthday cake with glass dome cover and not a plastic wrap like most hotels.They even fold our left clothes when we were out and kept room tidy.They even gave 2 glass bottles to drink when we check out.We love the place so much and miss so much. Defintely recommended.A gem in bangkok.And staffs follow u till you are in your taxi and wish you.wow!
