This hotel is a small hotel. It is similar to a family hotel. It is quite old. There are a lot of mosquitoes, but there are not many when the door is closed in the room. The location is very good and very close to Ari Street. There are many delicious things to do around. It is worthy of the price. The environment is average.

It's a nice quiet hotel in a residential area. Walk about 12 to 13 minutes to Ari BTS station and the food street. Staff are very courteous and friendly. No breakfast provided, but they do have instant noodles and other biscuits for free. ARI BTS can be connected to the MRT Blue Line either via Mo Chit / Chatichuk (this is the option to Apitwal Grand terminal and the Red line) and Siam station (to city centre and Chinatown).
Only issue is no lift in the property. If you stay on level 3 and above, expect to climb but have more privacy.
