The place is near Asoke BTS station around 10min walk. The place is neat and clean. Partner with nearby restaurant to provide breakfast for guests.

The hotel is so small. Under expectation of Best western standard. No facilities at all. Bed is ok. Room looks ok. But don't feel so clean, don't know why, may be lighting. Lights are too dark in my opinion.
Reception (short hair, chubby woman) is feeling annoying talking with me all the time. Don't have service mind to talk. But the rest is ok. I requested for extra chair, they helped provided (luckily, I talked earlier with the night shift because day shift they just said No)
Overall, hotel is ok. Service is average (some good, some not impressive) location is so so. Parking is so limited up to 5 cars only.
