Friendly and helpful staff. Location quite ok if you go to morning/night market and Platinum shopping mall are few minutes walks from hotel.

房間真的不咋地 況且是這個價格的房間 整個就是快捷酒店 有一説一 服務還可以 馬桶上的坐墊都是不匹配的尺寸 不知道怎麼賣的這個價錢 第二天果斷換了 坑

服務非常親切，尤其是幫忙我們check in的前台人員，非常禮貌跟隨時保持笑容，也協助我們解決遇到的小問題，housekeeping同樣很nice,也幫忙把房間清理的很整齊乾淨。房間空間寬敞，採光明亮，天花板還有營造出星空氛圍的小燈，露台望出去的景觀很棒，可以看到海景跟日落，非常完美，美中不足的地方是房間的雙人床是由兩張單人床拼裝在一起的。
設施非常豐富，尤其游泳池，拿房卡可以去櫃檯領取浴巾，有簡單的spa,有兩種滑水道，盪鞦韆等等，白天跟晚上去游泳都很舒服，日落時刻去的更完美，在泳池畔邊可以邊游泳邊欣賞日落，泳池旁邊還有步道可以走走，也有懶人沙發跟桌椅可以坐下來休息。
飯店地點很完美，交通便利，步行就能到海灘，樓下有市集可以吃喝。
一樓大廳很棒，寬敞明亮，連通terminal 21 可以直接走去旁邊用餐跟購物。

Excellent services from all staff, very friendly and helpful! Room was clean & had all the required toiletries. Only downside was dressing table does not comes with a mirror and no carpet in hotel room. Variety of breakfast was great. This is definitely 1 of the hotel that i would consider staying again.

Location at pratunam, very convenience , from main road go straight, about 15min, can reach 4face Buddha, opposite is central world, 10min reach big c, 5min reach pratinum mall, hotel breakfast recommend , many choices, but one thing, hotel deposit 2000 Thai per room, very high...
