I was given the same room every time I checked in. There was no business room where I could work, only the library. I asked the waiter where the library was, but he just gave me random directions. When I asked to be taken there, he was not taken there in time because the waiter was busy posing for colleagues to take photos. When checking in, I was always told that there were no other rooms and I could only give them the designated room. Although the reservation on Ctrip was only for a few days of stay, the hotel also asked me to sign another monthly rental contract, which was unreasonable, so I refused to sign it.
