Lost my phone on the first night of the trip. Receptionists for both morning and night shift were extremely helpful during the process of retriever. The receptionist on the morning shift helped to call twice every hour till she ended work. While the receptionist on the night shift helped to contact a petrol kiosk within the vicinity of my phone's gps location to seek help from a local to retrieve the phone. Extremely satisfied with the service provided!

Shared my room with resident cockroach from minute I opened bathroom door. Location as expected but photo are massively enhanced

Location was excellent , Ceiling had cowebs, shower didn't have much pressure , and difficult to set the temperature you want . Walls were nasty, and the toilet was unflushable , had to hold it for over 3 minutes ,. But it was cheap

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in so many times in Thailand. The only advantage is that it is close to Nana Plaza. The street outside is very noisy, and the roar of various amplifiers and songthaews can be heard until four in the morning. There is basically no sound insulation in the room, and you can clearly hear the sound of the Indian next door using TikTok. The bathroom has a bathtub with questionable hygiene conditions, and you have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. The door can be opened directly from the outside after it is closed, and it must be locked when you go out (no one told me about this when I checked in, which is equivalent to my door being opened for a day and anyone can enter). There is suspected ****, and the hangers in the closet fell down inexplicably when they were hanging. The clothes that were hung to dry fell on the awning downstairs. I wanted to borrow an umbrella from the hotel to hook it up, but they shouted at me to put it down as if they had stepped on the tail of the front desk. When I asked why I couldn’t borrow it, they said it could only be lent to customers who were going out (so I’m not a customer, right?). I can only say that this broken hotel is for your mood, so don’t stay if you can.

There is Nana Plaza nearby, so it would be good for those who enjoy nightlife. There is no 7-Eleven in front of the hotel, so you have to walk a bit...

The hotel is located in a busy area, about 200 meters away from Nana Square. Living here gives you a deep understanding of Thailand's diverse culture. There are not many rooms in the hotel, so the relatively small number of guests will not disturb each other. The hotel's security measures are very good. There are always guards on duty to guard the entrance and exit. At the same time, they also help guests take their luggage into the room, which is very good. Overall, Thailand is peaceful, safe and happy.

The toilet in the bathroom is a bit weak, and the key to the room door is a bit old, but the Wi-Fi is super strong, and it's still okay at this price.

Excellent location for nightlife and dining near Nana Plaza! The building is old, but the room was decent and the bed was comfortable.

It's suitable for single men. It's cheap and you can smoke in the room. It's great.

It was difficult to find a hotel suitable for arriving in Bangkok during the peak season, so I made a reservation to stay for a day or so. It was a very old facility. The air conditioner ran out of water and it seems to be a hotel I will never go to again.
