Nice hotel, very close to MRT.bts, and also close to T21. I come here every year. It is super convenient to book here to go to the airport. It is good as the last accommodation after leaving Thailand👍👍👍

Good value for money accommodation.

The hotel reception staff provided excellent service, and the location is great. However, there was a foul odor emanating from the bathroom drain. Essential amenities such as toothbrushes and razors were not provided, only body wash and shampoo mounted on the wall. The room and bathroom were also smaller than they appeared in the photos, giving the bathroom a cramped feeling.

The location is great. Staff is also OK.
Hot water is also available. Water pressure is also OK. The room is large.
but.
There is no lock to lock from inside the room!
There was a lot of mold in the bathroom and it was terrible.

It smells so bad! ! !

Generally OK for the price but the housekeeping was inconsistent forgetting to replenish liquid soap and toilet paper. The room and toilet needs a little sprucing up. There was no phone so had to make a trip down to reception for any request.
A request for a 1 or 2 hour delay in checking out due to unexpected flight delay was denied.
Having said that, the location was quiet and very near Asoke BTS station and the popular Terminal 21 mall.
