The hotel service and environment are good, Although the location is close to a subway station, it is not a major subway station, so travelers need to pay attention. In addition, the hotel breakfast is also very delicious. Overall very satisfied, Only one day, because we couldn't make a reservation at our favorite SPA, So we asked the hotel reception to find out and hope they could recommend a SPA shop for us. Later, the staff recommended a SPA shop opposite our hotel, but the service and environment were average, and they even provided ** services. It greatly affects the guest’s perception, As a five-star hotel employee, you should always pay careful attention to details. Recommendations are undoubtedly directly linked to the hotel, so please pay attention to guests and staff. We had stayed in this hotel for 4 days, it is a great hotel and it provide a good environment for us to stay. Specially, the breakfast is really good. But guests should be noted that the hotel is not near by popular BTS station. Also, we cannot make reservation for the spa which we are looking for because it is full already. So we ask the hotel reception to recommend a spa for us, however the service and the environment of the spa is poor. Staff members of the spa even ask to provide special sexual service and it is really disturb us to enjoy the spa.
