Some equipment in room need replacing. Loose water tap in bathroom sink. Cosmetic defect on light switch but functioning. Curtain not black out. Otherwise everything is fine, working air conditioning, cable TV has overseas channels. Nice ocean themed check in lobby. BTS station is some distance away. Great hotel in middle of Sukhumvit area for this price.

This hotel is old. The faucets in the bathroom sink are broken and missing, and the shower head and shelves in the shower booth are very worn out. Fortunately, I only booked for one day. Also, they require a credit card for the deposit. (The doorman is very friendly and cheerful.)

The hotel is located between Bangkok High Speed Rail Station (Asok), Sukhumvit and Phra Phrom subway stations, in the Japanese community, Sukhumvit Soi 29. The hotel reception is very good, but the facilities are a bit old. The hygiene is OK. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, so people with poor sleep quality need to be careful.
