I stayed here because I wanted to use the washing machine.
The room was spacious but quite old. There were many amenities. The staff were kind and could speak a little Japanese.
However, when I lifted the toilet, there was a lot of hair-like stuff in it, which was disgusting. It was proof that the toilet hadn't been cleaned. I used it and realized that it was very hard to flush.
There was also a bathtub, but it was old so I didn't use it.
It was also quite a long walk from the nearest station. There was a luxury hotel halfway up, but this residence was quite far back, and it gradually got darker and there were fewer people around, so be careful on the roads at night. I got home around 10:30pm, and it was fine.
Overall, it's not convenient, hygienic, or cost-effective, so it's not worth staying there.

Nice room with pretty much all household amenities included, including fridge and a washing machine with a dryer. There’s an iron and an ironing board too.
Cons:
WIFI requires sign in every time you leave the room and come back, which is extremely annoying. Also, the WIFI limits the number of devices per room to just 4. I had 6 devices, so was out of luck.

It takes a while to get hot water, but the cleaning is okay, but there is a little dust in the corner. The balcony room will be the second one inside, and the space feels much larger. Excellent service attitude!
The nearby supermarket is about a 10-minute walk.

The washing machine was very helpful in the heat of Bangkok in April. They provided one free bottle of detergent.
I brought it from Japan so I did laundry every day.
It takes more than 5 hours to dry so I recommend running it in the morning before you leave.
However, the bathtub was too dirty and the bedside lamp was covered in dust.
I didn't get the free coffee from the third day.
I regret that the tip was cheap (lol).
I guess I came to the tuk-tuk at a bad time, but they only had car-type cars, which was disappointing.
It takes more than 10 minutes to get from the two nearest stations to the hotel, so there's no reason not to use them.
The front desk staff were friendly and could communicate in broken English and Japanese.
I was only able to have breakfast once because the optional tour departed at 6:40, so I felt like I was missing out.

First time staying here for 5 days 4 night recommended by a friend . Counter Service was great and helpful . Room service cleaners are very polite and friendly . Although the room is abit old but it’s still neat clean and tidy . There is a back lane to exit from the back door of the hotel to nearby supermarket restaurant and bars . Highly recommend to stay here once again .
