Just fit for a over night stay over. No lift. Don't be surprised to find some cocroaches here and there.

The air conditioner hums constantly, and if you are sensitive to the smell of drains, this will be a difficult stay.
The staff were friendly, but the room we were initially shown to was the only one at the back of the first floor, but we were told we could change to a higher room for an additional 200b, so we changed to a higher room, although it would probably fit in the receptionist's pocket.
In the shower, you had to fight tiny cockroaches.

I had a superior room at the back of the building, so it was very quiet despite the great location near Nana Plaza. Price/performance ratio was still good for Bangkok. The bathroom is very small. Air conditioning was quiet.
