Sukhothai Hotel and Residence

I want to remind everyone that this hotel is a rip-off. The deposit is 1,000 and it is not refundable. Everyone must get the deposit slip before leaving the front desk, otherwise it will not be refunded. My flight was in the morning, and I arrived at the hotel at 6 o'clock. I checked out at 12 noon. They said it was 500 baht and the deposit was 1,000. I gave 2,000 baht, but they didn't give me the change. When I checked out, they didn't give me a penny back. It's a rip-off. The room is bad, not soundproof, and it takes 10 minutes to buy a bottle of water. When I came back, my underwear was wet.

The location is good. But the hotel is quite old. May need to repair it to make it look good. The light in the room is too little. The internet is strong.

There was no WiFi in some rooms, the locks on the windows were broken so mosquitoes came in, the lights didn't turn on in several places, the door at the entrance to the room was difficult to close, and many other problems. However, I believed the staff who said they would change me to a room with WiFi the next day and a room in a separate building with a new interior, but the next morning, I was told by a different staff member that it would be changed to noon, so I went out and when I returned to pack my luggage in my suitcase at the appointed time, my luggage wasn't in the room. It was scary to have someone touch my luggage while I was moving it. What's more, I was guided to a similar room in the same building, just with WiFi, and when I told them that the staff from the previous day had moved to a different building, they just said it was impossible and did not respond at all. Because I didn't stay at the hotel and only went back to the hotel in the middle of the night to sleep, I didn't book another hotel on the first night believing that I would be able to change the room the next day, but now... I regret it very much. When I was shown to my room for the second night, I thought about checking out, but since I was getting close to work, I didn't have time to find and book another hotel, and it would take time to move from one hotel to another, so I gave up. After that, I came back from work and tried to take a shower in the middle of the night and go to bed, but there was no hot water, there was a big cockroach in the bathroom, and when I looked closely at the bed sheets, I noticed that there were stains that looked like blood. However, I was tired so I went to bed right away, but my body was itchy and I woke up so I couldn't get any sleep, so I checked out right away in the morning. I'm complaining a lot, but I've stayed at a lot of hotels in Thailand, but this is the only one I don't want to stay at again.

This hotel is a bit old. It’s okay for one or two nights. I don’t recommend it for a permanent stay. The location is okay and the price/performance ratio is good. However, I must give a negative review to Ctrip. I booked the hotel in advance and when I arrived, it said it was fully booked** *! ! ! ? ? Then Ctrip sent me a message saying to help me book a hotel again. This hotel is 500 meters away from the subway. Ctrip sent me a hotel 3 kilometers away from the subway station. It’s 11 o’clock in the evening and I’m not familiar with the place. You want me to change hotels? ? If you don’t have a room, don’t put it on the shelf. What does it mean that you have a reservation but there is no room? ?

It's neat and clean I think it would be good as a business hotel.

The phone number was wrong, it was a so-called joint store. The taxi driver sent us to this place based on this phone number. The hotel staff said that the hotel we booked was merged with theirs. We didn’t know. After checking in, the bed was only 80 cm wide, which was completely I couldn't sleep. I didn't sleep all night. I called Ctrip at three o'clock in the morning. What a pity.
