Positive - Service was good and the breakfast was great. Very friendly Staff. The location is very close to the busy area of Pratunam. All the amenities were in walking distance. The gym facilities and sauna were good too. Negative - The hotel was busy and with a last minute booking, the room wasn't as great as expected. The extractor fan was constantly on, the shower was draining slowly, the TV was not working and the window couldn't be opened.

Requested for ONE extra towel for our baby. That’s the ONLY request we asked from front desk and the answer is NO. So we will not continue and cancelled the remaining booking of our trip. DO NOT EXPECT THAILAND HOSPITALITY FROM THEM. I have stayed at a similar hotel price range but they are THE WORST.

Location is very good and the room is nice and clean. But There was no toothbrush and toothpaste!

Amenities include water, coffee, refilled shampoo and body soap. The exterior is very clean and there are ashtrays and chairs outside. Guests also seemed to be able to use the gym. When you arrive, you will be given a welcome orange juice🍊☺️The room was old but clean. Everything you need is available, and the air conditioning and shower temperature are good. There is also a shop and room service. The location of the hotel was great, with convenience stores, night markets, malls, and after-dinner restaurants all within walking distance. Improvement points There are a lot of small ants for some reason only near the bathtub. There were no mosquitoes or pests in the room, so there was no problem, but that was it. Also, does the bathtub smell when you turn on the ventilation fan? I felt like it was coming into my room...I used the 3rd floor. Overall I'm satisfied.

Good location, easy to walk to Pratunam and various markets. Breakfast is also ok. There are many Indian guests in the hotel. If you get a room on the first floor, it will be a bit noisy.

The environment is good. The location is not easy to find. The front desk service is good.

The location is convenient, close to Pratunam Wholesale Market, and within walking distance to Big C, Erawan Shrine... and the train station. There is a 7-11 convenience store within a two-minute walk of the hotel for easy purchase of items.

It's an older hotel, but the service staff are very friendly. The location is also good. The air-conditioning and bathing temperature are very good. The only thing is that the bed is a bit old and slightly dented. The cleanliness is not so good.
