The hotel staff was mostly nice but took off a rating for the unpleasant heavyset lady working at the breakfast. She was rude everyday we were there. The location seemed far away from everywhere we wanted to go. We did enjoy sitting in the balcony watching the ships pass by all day long. The pool was slightly green and gym smaller than expected from the pictures. Having a kitchen was nice though. I want to compliment in the reception staff and doormen. They were exceptional. They were friendly and had smiles on their faces everytime we passed through.

New complex in amongst a group of Unit towers. The unit did have a very nice view of the river, and was great of a night time. Modern unit with pretty ordinary furniture. Very good size and tidy. The bed could have been a little more upmarket. The staff at the front desk where very friendly and helpful. A small group of shops are located down stairs along with a 7/11 plus a small group of eateries. There is a great Korean BBQ restaurant as well. The pool was a good walk from the unit, but a good size pool, along with a life guard on duty. Overall ok.

The Riverview is one of the best in Bangkok. The hotel was very clean and well-furnished.

Huge rooms like appartment condo with a superb view of river and bridge feel like just relax in the room not go anywhere i really enjoyed my stay

Overall, I had a very positive stay at here. The location was fantastic, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was excellent. While there was some occasional noise, it wasn't a deal-breaker for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other solo travelers or couples looking for a centrally located and affordable option in Bangkok.

Hotel is old and dirty plus not all the amenities are working properly. Big minus is far away from everything

The apartment is clean and has everything. However, the ‘river view’ is not as promised from the small windows. I paid for the more premium room but unfortunately it feels quite plain. Location is also quite far from central.

The location isn’t very convenient for foreigners as you will need to use a taxi very often. You will have to deal with the denial of taxi drivers or to be overcharged to go back to your hotel. The room was very clean , staff friendly, cleaners are coming daily. The view was very nice apparently!!

My stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. The mesmerizing river view at night created a magical ambiance, while the diverse breakfast options satisfied every palate. The staff's exceptional service, marked by their warmth and politeness, made me feel truly welcome.
