老4星，不在酒店吃就必須走路找吃，辛苦。周邊沒有景點，機場過來又不近。不再考慮入住

訂了4月12日至16日四晚。
第一晚我們住426號房，房間沒有電視，；冷氣機開到10度亦不覺有冷氣；廁所的抽氣扇亦用不到。
第二晚終於忍不住，叫了前台找工作人員維修，到工作人員入房維修，工作人員話維修不到，叫我們通知前台换房，换了229號房。到第三日早上發現房內的雪櫃壞了，我女兒因有皮膚敏感，敏感藥放在雪櫃，我們立即通知前台，前台叫了清潔工人上來换雪櫃，我們告訴工作人員，我女兒的藥壞了，他們不理會，只是想將雪櫃换了便算。我們便叫清楚工人叫經理過來。前台職員上來 （ 不是經理 ），我們告訴她女兒的敏感藥壞了，她說可以找酒店醫生配回敏感藥，叫我們等十分鐘，大約等了二十分鐘，我們打電話比前台，前台才說配不到藥，比一千元泰銖做補償。我們拒絕了。我們立即找香港朋友去香港醫生醫務所配藥，立即寄去我泰國朋友家，才解決女兒的問題。
事後酒店送了果盆，早餐和承諾我們免租兩晚。酒店所送的不是我所要的。它們之後沒有問候我女兒，亦沒有問我們是否已經解決女兒敏感藥，我們的電水瓶亦是我們帶逗。
在我們通知前台雪櫃壞了開始，每逢有工作人員上房時，我們都有攝錄，及和前台所有對話我們都有錄音。
酒店方面說會和 Trip 聯絡，將兩晚的房租發回給我。
酒店交通設備十分差，管理層沒有照顧客人的感覺。
隔音設備十分差，房內和廁所長期有噪音。
現在等酒店什麼時候退回兩晚房租。

一 帶老年人出行 想選擇一個離主要景點近的酒店 結果是雖然介紹此酒店離各個景點都很近 但是實際是並非如此 並且grab就沒有司機接單 但是還是扣除費用 bolt衹有一次接單 就是去大巴站 價格翻倍才接 帶老年人非常不方便
二 此酒店離🚇站非常遠 步行20分鐘 出行不方便
三 房間老舊程度很明顯 設施都是手控 床頭沒有充電線
四 酒店周圍除了711很近 步行三分鐘 其餘沒有購物餐廳 周邊非常偏僻 周邊一公里範圍內沒有生活便利設施和服務相配套 一個最近的夜市要走差不多十分鐘
五 此酒店周圍晚上八點就已經沒人了 一個人單獨出門感覺不安全
總結：酒店體驗感太一般了 這次也是老年人不喜歡逛商場 想去一些老景點選擇的酒店 但是大失所望 出行吃飯最簡單的要求都不能滿足 其實住在bts站點附近才是最安全便利的選擇 去到任何景點都是方便的
