The facilities are a bit old, and the location isn't super close to the BTS station, requiring a bit of a walk. However, the park view is airy and pleasant, and the staff and service are decent.

A good, modest hotel not far from Victory Monument. No pool and no elevator. It's only suitable for those who are prepared to walk up stairs. We like this area because it doesn't have Bangkok's main attractions or huge shopping malls like Siam Paragon and similar places. It has more of a local vibe and hotels with Chinese guests. There's a small park nearby that we really love. The rooms are a bit old, without luxury. Newer power outlets would be nice. But all basic amenities are there. The staff is always polite and attentive.

Good location, BTS is near, a lot of food around and it’s near to the center of Bangkok. Such a good place to stay because it’s convenient to get from here to anywhere

The hotel lies in a good neighborhood and very close to public services. It's not really noisy you're living in the upper floors. The rooms with the windows have a nice view on the park. The reception and the security guy is friendly. It's not very new and need some renovation and deep cleaning. There is no lift and you need to carry your bags. But this is okay because you can't expect, that the reception lady's carry your heavy stuff. Book somewhere else if you can't carry your own baggage.

Good hotel for a fair price. Very spacious room, nice stuff, everything was clean. Keep in mind that the road is near, so it gets really noisy even at night so bring earplugs.

The place is clean, just let you know the building have no lift. So not recommended with big luggage.
