I was really impressed. The room was too dirty and there were bugs. I saw one when I went to bed that night. I thought it was normal to have a bug in such a hot place. The next day, when I got up to put on makeup, there were bugs all over the table. My husband and I were allergic to the bites on our legs. The hotel said they could only change our room and nothing else. I asked them to buy me some oin**ent, but they said they were afraid we would be allergic to the oin**ent and would not buy it for us. Ctrip customer service was very good and solved my problems in a timely manner. The hotel is just too rubbish. Don't stay here! There are so many bugs!
