+ water provided daily
+ located in a quiet location, but not far from the main streets (shops/bars 7 min walk)
+ the pool is good, probably recently updated
+\- towels were not enough for us, but you can request and they will provide additional ones
- the hotel is already old (the air conditioner is noisy in the living room, it was quieter in the bedroom)

Everything is fine, as in the description. We had three days for a short stay, everything suited us. Responsive staff, good service. The room had access to the pool, on the fourth floor, which in Bangkok would not be superfluous (swimming pool).

Khun Ne was very helpful as the original room he gave us had bugs and roaches. He changed the room right away.

It was a nice quite place for your stay specially if you are looking for longer stay at a great price.Staffs of this property are really helpful specially Tum &Neh(hope I am pronouncing it correctly).They have a complimentary refreshments at the lobby along with free shuttle to the nearest BTS station I.e Nana. Overall a wonderful experience at this property

The check in and out was very smooth. Helpful staff. Good location. Good swimming pool. Spacious rooms. Good Wi-Fi. However, no communication means with the reception, no restaurant and the building a bit old. You need to walk for 10-15 minutes to the restaurants street.
