Very unpleasant reception staff, especially the gentleman. Poor breakfast, mosquitoes on the fruit, staff on the 3rd floor at the pool level do not speak English. The deposit is not possible to pay by credit card obligatory in cash. All reception staff look bad at customers

The hotel is relatively old, the price/performance ratio is okay, the size is okay and it's relatively close to the airport. I have friends who live in that place, so I choose this hotel every time I go to Thailand.
