我們選的房間有兩房一廳，很大很闊落，很適合一家人一齊入住，酒店房內設備很齊全，衛生企理，位置我
就不太清楚是否方便，因我們出入也是call車，酒店整體我也滿意。

タクシーの手配もしてくれるので、ほとんどgrabは使いませんでした。

非常失望、憤怒的一次住宿體驗……
事件1: 在泰國旅遊第二天就****了，當時在前台辦理入住時告訴前台工作人員我生病了，需要安靜的屋子，高樓層，遠離街道，她説好的。結果給我的房間樓層不高，且緊挨着街道，每天半夜都有大貨車經過，平均每30s過一輛，整晚整晚睡不着覺。第一天我跟酒店説換房間，他們告訴我沒有了，第二天換，第一天我就強忍一天沒睡覺。第二天還是沒換，半夜三點多我實在受不了了，給前台打電話，説要換房間，前台説沒有房間，作為補償可以幫我叫去機場的車，我勉強答應了。退房時我讓前台工作人員幫我叫車，她説好的，衹可以現金付款哦，我説半夜打電話要求換房間你們的人答應幫我叫車的，怎麼又需要我自己付？她説衹是答應幫我“叫”…………我徹底無語………叫車我自己不會嗎？？換**件不了了之。
事件2: 在辦理入住時，前台跟我講給了一個帶大露台的房間，並説屋子內不能吸煙，我問平台可以吸煙嗎，她説可以。結果退房時告訴我，我們屋子有吸煙，罰款5000。我説沒有在室內吸煙啊，在室外吸煙，前台説露台也不可以……我反問他當時辦理入住的人説可以，他解釋他們的室外、平台指的是酒店意外，這棟建築以外，露台屬於酒店這座建築……好吧，我徹底無語。
之前就看到有評論區説酒店搞區別對待，雞同鴨講，確實領教到的。得虧我英語好，不好的中國人還不知道要被酒店氣成什麼樣。
放幾張圖給大家看看半夜一輛接一輛的大車……太吵了。還有吸煙的中國同胞，謹防酒店曲解意思。

非常滿意。家庭間很寬敞，兩卧室，有洗衣機乾衣機太方便。離輕軌非常近。輕軌的無障礙設施很好，推嬰兒車出行全程無障礙。買輕軌票可以微信付款。
