我們選的房間有兩房一廳，很大很闊落，很適合一家人一齊入住，酒店房內設備很齊全，衛生企理，位置我 就不太清楚是否方便，因我們出入也是call車，酒店整體我也滿意。

駅近で何も不自由することはありませんでした。 タクシーの手配もしてくれるので、ほとんどgrabは使いませんでした。 従業員の方もとても親切にしてくださいました。

On the first day, I asked the hotel to change the room, but they told me that there was no room. I changed the room on the second day. I endured not sleeping all day on the first day. The second day, there was still no room. At more than three o'clock in the middle of the night, I couldn't stand it anymore. I called the front desk and said that I wanted to change the room. The front desk said that there was no room. As compensation, they could help me call a car to the airport. I reluctantly agreed. When I checked out, I asked the front desk staff to call a car for me. She said okay, only cash payment is accepted. I said that your staff promised to help me call a car when I called in the middle of the night to change the room. Why do I need to pay for it myself? She said that she only promised to "call" for me... I was completely speechless... Can't I call a car myself? ? The change of ** case was left unresolved. Event 2: When checking in, the front desk told me that I was given a room with a large terrace and said that smoking was not allowed in the room. I asked if smoking was allowed on the terrace and she said yes. As a result, when checking out, I was told that we smoked in the room and were fined 5,000. I said that I did not smoke indoors, but smoked outdoors. The front desk said that the terrace was not allowed either... I asked him back that the person who checked in at the time said that it was okay. He explained that their outdoor and terrace refer to the hotel outside this building, and the terrace belongs to the hotel building... Well, I was completely speechless. I saw a comment area saying that the hotel treated people differently before, and it was really a lesson. Fortunately, I am good at English. Chinese people who are not good at English don’t know how angry the hotel will be. Here are some pictures to show you the big cars coming one after another in the middle of the night...
