Very nice design hotel n good service provided by all the people working, but bad traffic conditions nearby in the 5-7pm period ,suggest to take public transport like bts instead of grab n taxi to move around.

This is the worst hotel we stayed in Thailand. First of all, it is a renovation of an apartment building. There is no comfort at all. There is no air conditioning in the corridor of the public area. It is so hot. The linens are poor. The bath towels are made of the same material as those in the 7 Days Inn. The room is small and not breathable. The air conditioning is very noisy. The elevator is broken and I have to swipe my card several times before it works. There is no air conditioning in the public toilet. The funny thing is that when we checked out, they actually asked us to wait for a while to check if there was any damage or loss in the room. First of all, I have a deposit. If there is any problem, you can deduct it. Secondly, you don’t trust customers, and you waste our time.

It is recommended to take photos before check-in. I did not check whether the mattress was clean when I checked in. I pulled it up the next day and found stains. I said I would not report it if it would not affect the use. When I checked out, I was charged an extra cleaning fee. The housekeeper couldn't provide a pre-handover photo, and originally said it would cost 1,500, but after some haggling, it was almost time for the flight, so he paid 500 instead. In another room, the water flow at the washbasin is very slow, the faucet is dripping, and the equipment is old, not like a five-star hotel at all. Only the service is pretty good. But I am really unhappy with this stay experience.
