I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite, and all foods at the restaurant were amazingly good!!! Safe area and felt comfortable. Walking distance to local restaurants, massages, and rooftop bar.
The room was very cute and clean. I’d love to stay there again!!!

It was a warm welcome from start to finish. Loved the complimentary tattoo (Kingfisher was very pretty), dessert, popcorn and especially the costumes! They also kindly arranged for the transport to airport when it started to rain heavily all of a sudden. Exemplary service!

The first time I booked a room, there was a huge musty smell as soon as I entered. I went down to communicate and changed to the second room. I was anxious to see my friend and didn't look carefully. When I came back, I was shocked. I had never seen anything like this in Phuket at a similar price. Obviously knowing that the weather is humid, does the hotel not need maintenance? ? I contacted Ctrip directly. The customer service was great and they were actively solving the problem. I booked for 3 nights and insisted that the first day be forgotten. I backed out for two nights. The hotel said it was not possible. After negotiation, the customer service gave me 50% for the two nights. No, they said they could upgrade the room type, but there was no way to change the room. It was much better than the first two. Maybe the hotel uncle was cleaning? He rubbed it wildly in front of my face. How should I put it? He had a good attitude but was quite speechless. I barely slept for two nights and left early. The experience was very bad.

It’s overall a pleasant stay at Salil, though the cleanliness could be improved. The hotel is extremely instagrammable and gorgeous in all ways. The Traditional Thai costumes experience was truly eye-opening. Kudos to May, Wen and Ping for their professionalism. They’ve been extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. In
