This hotel didn’t disappoint, from the moment you walk in, the staff are warm and welcoming, the place is lovely. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was good. The rooftop pool was my favorite!!! I’m definitely going back

The hotel is located a 10-minute walk behind Novotel Ponchit. During the day, the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the BTS station, but it is still convenient.
The hotel itself has a dining room and a convenience store within 2-3 minutes' walk, which is very convenient for those who need supplies.
The layout of the hotel is relatively new and clean, and the stay is comfortable. It also has a balcony where you can let in the sunshine.

The front desk service was good, but when we were about to leave, the security guard at the door or the greeter kept stopping my taxi and wouldn't let me go, saying they needed to check. Their attitude was very bad. They delayed us for 10 minutes. The front desk let us go but Xinbin didn't. His hotel didn't have any important appliances or anything. We all thought we had to tip him before we were allowed to leave, but we were really angry at the time and asked why it took so long. Their eyes were very fierce. The room: clean
The toilet: clean
The bed: quite comfy
The only flaw is the water sink in the toilet which have design flaws where the water is dripping on the floor whenever you wash your hand or brushing your teeth. It could be quite annoying and dangerous if you slip on the water puddle on the floor. Other than that for the price that you pay it’s a good value hotel. As for customer services they do need to make some improvements. I left my swimming goggles at the poolside and I have email them but I didn’t get any reply from them till now.

For the price that I paid, it’s good value. Takes awhile to walk to bts (10 mins) but if you’re used to walking that’s fine. The room is a little small but everything else is fine .. clean, everything works, comfortable bed, etc
