really aesthetically pleasing place, room was ready at 11am which was surprising but appreciated. hotel is a few mins away from the station, but do note that there’s no shelter until the front door, even if you had taken a cab/grab. 7-11 is right beside which was very convenient! room was pretty clean and everything was great except that the walls are thin and on the nights that i’ve stayed, other guests were pretty noisy but not a problem for heavy sleepers. the room is quite small for 2 people so i would recommend getting a bigger room unless you’re a solo traveler/have a smaller luggage. theres also free breakfast until 2pm! staff are quite fluent in english as well, overall a great stay nevertheless!

booked a 5D4N stay here and was pretty good. Just around 2 mins walk from Ratchaprapo MRT (airport line) . From Suvarnabhumi airport to here v convenient , no need to xfer . 7-11 just right beside hotel. Hotel staff are nice, polite and helpful . Rooms are clean, good space for two. For Sg/ malaysia charger can directly use the hotel one, no need adapter alr. V convenient ! Overall v good and highly recommended 👍🏻

A pleasant stay at Bonsai hotel Bangkok. The room was clean, with large & comfy bed. The bathroom was very spacious. Location is perfect too. Staffs were so friendly. Highly recommended.

I stayed in standard room. Its a great hotel if you are staying during the weekends for 6 days. Very accessible and conveniet to get to the airport by bts. Bts near the hotel is less crowded. Hotel has 7 eleven right beside it. The hotel is very aesthetic which is what I loved too. Room is perfect for 2 person however the vanity make up area is a little dark and there is no table to eat in the room, we had to eat on the floor which is facing the tv. The hotel has perfect destination towards shopping malls!

The place is just nice for solo traveller. Love that 711 is just beside the building. Taking BTS need to walk a distance to a train station and take BTS. Overall it’s good!

Location is not within the Pratunam market. But the staff is friendly, polite and helpful. Design is good but the drainage smell is terrible inside toilet

The Rooms and the hotel are very very clean and everything looks newand stylish. The shower, sink, all fittings and even the remote control for the toilet shower is from villeroy und boch. It was an small room but with an big double bed and a big TV. No noise from the streets. I can highly recommend this hotel.

location near to mrt - 3 mins walk and is directly link to the airport room was nice and clean breakfast nothing fantastic but it was just for refreshment and not the buffet type that is seen in most hotels No person to help in moving our luggage in to hotel when check in, maybe it was late at night when we check in good for those who need mrt direct to airport or to this hotel

Hotel location walking distance to night market and staff is friendly

Location is great. Walking distance to the airport lines and easy to switch to Sukhumvit line. The only thing is grab driver often cannot find the entrance and just stop at road side which a bit dangerous. Overall stay experience was good. Sound proofing could be better. Next to 7-11 so very convenient.

Was quite hard to get private hires at this location, good if you are relying on taking the BTS. Aesthetics wise, it was really visually appealing. Room was clean and service was fine, but service could be improved a little as our toilet remote did not work. Requested for a replacement in battery but did not happen, maybe the staff forgot. Rooms were not fully soundproof as well.
