Very bad. The room was damp like a water dungeon. The bed sheets and quilts were all wet, and there was a stale musty smell as soon as the door was opened. The ceiling at the door was dripping non-stop. It was all over the floor. (See attached photo) And the lobby bar downstairs played loud music until 1 a.m. Very, very bad. Later I wanted to cancel the reservation, and the hotel changed the room to the other side. There was no noise from the lobby bar downstairs, and the air conditioner was also a new Honeywell. The room was facing west and was exposed to the sun. Although it was not so damp, it was still very damp. The bed sheets and quilts were all damp, which was more exaggerated than the plum rain season in Shanghai, and the return of the south wind in Guangdong was not as good as this. And this is my second time in Bangkok. The hotel I stayed in before was not like this, and it was much cheaper than this one. Don't blame the weather. It's just that the air conditioning system of the hotel is old and outdated, and at first they gave the Chinese a very noisy room. Later, the Chinese couple in their 50s who I met in the elevator also lived in the noisy side on the 4th floor. Very bad impression. Although I changed the room, it didn't improve much. I booked a room for 4 nights for more than 5,000 yuan. This experience really made me laugh. On the last day, I asked to change the quilt, but I felt itchy all over. I suspect that I was replaced with an unwashed quilt. I always leave a tip but they still behave like this. I feel like they are bullying Chinese people because they don't say bad things about them on Google or Owl. Haha, but I went to Google and Owl to write bad reviews. The breakfast was also the most perfunctory of the three hotels I stayed in this time. There were few things to choose from, and the taste was salty. Originally it was Four Seasons and Peninsula, but there was a reason why they moved away from such a good location. The architectural design was a big failure. It's so humid that even changing the air conditioning system may not be able to save it. I have been to more than ten countries, and almost all of them are developed countries in Europe and the United States, including the United States, Canada, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Maldives, and Thailand for the second time. I have stayed in expensive and cheap hotels, and this one is the worst one, including in China. Although the hardware of the whole hotel is good, it is damp, moldy and noisy, all of which are caused by human factors. The hotel group does not make progress or improve, but only wants to cheat tourists' money. I will blacklist the entire Anantara hotel group and will never stay there again.
