Clean hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location, however it's unsheltered from BTS to the hotel when it's raining. There are no international channels on tv. Excellent cafe in the hotel.

The room was clean and spacious, but there were small ants (tolerable).
As soon as I got to the room, I made a mistake with the security box settings and it wouldn't open, so I contacted the front desk and they came and opened it right away.
When I returned from going out, the air conditioner didn't turn on, so I contacted the front desk again. They came right away and it turned on after I replaced the card key (I wish they had told me from the beginning). Although there was a problem, I was glad they responded quickly.
I had room service for breakfast, and the croissants were delicious. It's close to Asoke Station and has good value for money, so if they could fix some of the issues, I would like to stay at this hotel again.
Since Grab doesn't stop in front of the hotel, I waited at the taxi stand in the building opposite.

The accommodation is less than 3-5 minutes' walk from Asoke Station, but there are several hotels nearby. For those who don't mind, the cost of accommodation is very high. There is a coffee and snack shop downstairs of the hotel. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to taste it this time. I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

It's conveniently located near Asoke Station, on a main street, so women can feel safe there. The staff are also kind. The lovely smiling female staff was comforting. I'd like to use it again next time.

Extremely convenience location, right beside the BTS/MRT (Asoke), and connected to the Terminal 21 shopping mall, plenty of food options, great shopping area, very easy access to major Bangkok sightseeing spots , only four stops BTS to Siam, and only few stops to Jodd Fair.
The staff is very helpful , answers most questions , there is no restaurant in this hotel but they do have light kitchen for coffee and breakfast.

We are happy to stay at Connex Asoke. Location very good, very close to BTS Asok and also MRT Sukhumvit, 3-5 mins walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Actually, the room facilities quite old, the insert door card position is broken, you need to put it slowly to hold the door card then get the power, the toilet door can't lock, the light bulb also broken and the most terrible one is we after checked in then go out for food but when we came back, the floor much of water came out from the freezer (too much ice), the staff come to clean immediately and say can change room for us but we don't want to repack, then that they change another refrigerator for us and changed the new light bulb immediately. Solved problem very faster.
Besides, I had suggested to the staff, if the lighting change to warm color maybe more comfortable...
Location and friendly staff that is what we think might stay this hotel again. If next time we will come again, hopefully all issues have been improved.
