First of all, the hotel is very dirty. As you can see in the pictures, it is not cleaned properly at all. There are hairs and stains everywhere. Something was biting me while I was sleeping, causing itches all over my body. There was a bottle of drunk water in the refrigerator, which the hotel had not treated at all. Secondly, the hotel equipment is very dilapidated, and the equipment in the room is visibly dilapidated. The hotel has no intention of providing a comfortable environment for customers. Furthermore, there are a lot of Indians in the hotel, which is not suitable for girls. It’s not discrimination, but they will always look at you strangely, even if you are just passing by. There are many Indians on the streets near the hotel, which is extremely dangerous at night, and the location is not close to BTS at all. Moreover, they were very noisy and kept talking in the corridor. The hotel was not soundproof at all, so I couldn't sleep at night. In the morning, I also heard the sound of cars on the road, so I couldn't sleep well at all. Then, the room I chose had a city view, but just like the picture, there was no view at all!  In the end, I chose to check out early, but the hotel refused to refund the full amount. I didn't enjoy their service but they charged me the fee. All in all, if you are traveling, don't choose this hotel, it will ruin your trip.
