The entire hotel is also owned by Ah San’s tour group. The soundproofing is very poor and it feels like it is made of wooden boards. At 4:30 in the morning, Ah San was there and yelled. I don’t know if he drank too much or something. Anyway, there was no soundproofing at all, and then there were sheets and quilts. The hotel room and lobby is good but there is safety issue from the hotel management side the safe looker it's working. things happen on 7 March 2024 I came down for breakfast on 10:00am didn't take anything from room to have breakfast when come back to my room on 10:40am my backpack was opened and stolen all the Cash from my back. I came down to the hotel reception to informed about the incident. I haven't put any signs on the door to clean my room or haven't tell anyone to clean the room. the hotel stuff went to my room and only just changed the bedsheets and towels haven't cleaned anything else all. I went to the police station still haven't get back my money.
