Column Bangkok Hotel

It's a little far to the station If I come to Bangkok again, I will definitely come again. I felt like it was a bit too good for staying alone. It's a bit disappointing that there is no sun in the pool, making it difficult to get a tan. Haha.

We needed a quiet sleeping environment when we were playing with our kids. We finally decided to choose column Bangkok hotel. It was not disappointing. The location is excellent. MTR is a few minutes’ walk away. There are several 7-11 stores downstairs and a 24-hour supermarket. The front desk service is patient and polite. We were arranged to stay in a building at the back, away from the main road. The room is big enough and the city view is also good. The only drawback is that there is no furniture on the balcony, so squatting to smoke is not very elegant 😅 I will still choose it as my first choice next time I visit Bangkok 🙂

I definitely didn't like the hotel! Old, gloomy! The balcony was covered in bird droppings, obviously for a very long time; it certainly hadn’t been washed for a week. There is no furniture on the balcony; they could at least put some chairs. It is not clear why there is a kitchen in the room if there are no utensils for cooking. No safe. Pros: the room is very large, very comfortable bed! The edge of the pool is also covered in droppings. Pool visitors lean their hands on this dirty edge and then swim, some simply wash the droppings into the water. The pool is very small, there is virtually no sun lounger area, the floor requires repair, the boards are all coming off. At the moment (April 2024), the rooms next to the pool are undergoing renovation, so if you decide to swim in it, you will be forced to do so to the sound of repair work. The pool is open until 18:00. I have mixed feelings about the view. I was unlucky with my room, it had a view of the roof and a half-empty building. I wanted to stay one more night, but they didn’t offer me a room with a good view. There is a beautiful view of the sunset from the pool area.

There is a 24-hour food place and supermarket downstairs! The walk to the station and large shopping malls is actually not far, only ten minutes, but it is not convenient to push a stroller with a child. The swimming pool is beautiful and can take beautiful photos! The children love the swimming pool.

It's an apartment, old and shabby, the location is OK, the sound insulation is poor, and the sound of cars on the ground can be heard on the 20th floor.
