It's a 10-minute walk from Asoke and Sukhumvit, but it's a bit of a hassle to take a motorbike taxi.
The facilities are old, but it's a large, grand hotel type run.
The linen is old. It's not so much dirty as it is overused.
There is a bathtub, but the floor is also tiled and slippery and dangerous.
The most decisive factor is that the heat from the western sun exceeds the capacity of the air conditioner, so the room is hot. The fridge also gets too hot inside the cabinet, so we turned it off.
The pool and pool bar are nice, but certain areas are dominated by grown-ups. This is not the hotel's fault, but it's important to behave in these places.
There are many massage shops nearby and they were reasonably priced. 300 yen per foot
This hotel runs the same hotel on both sides.
Soi 18 is nicer.

Bit deep in the Soi, but have hotel tuk-tuk to take you up to Sukhumvit. Nice pool. Nice for a short stay.

Although the hotel is old, it is well managed and is similar to a big hotel. Cleanliness is ok. The room is air-conditioned enough. The waiter's attitude was very good. The hotel's location is about an 8-minute walk from the BTS and subway stations, but it's convenient. Overall very comfortable.
