Surprisingly, it's quite far from the station, and you have to go through a very dark road.
In the photos it looked new and clean, but in reality it's quite old. It's barely clean. The quality of the beds is also low.
However, it's good that there is a washing machine, but it costs 120 baht for 10 kg.
Also, when I checked in, the front desk staff put out a copy of my passport, email address, and phone number in full view, even though there were many other guests in front of me, and then started reading out my email address! It's unbelievable. There is no awareness of personal information protection. Extremely dangerous!
What if a bad customer remembers my passport number and phone number and misuses them!
Such an unbelievable lack of awareness. Hotels are supposed to have an obligation to protect their customers' personal information, but I can't believe it.

I am well pleased with my stay with Citadines. The unit we stayed in had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchenette and dining table. Very suitable for families to stay. Even though it’s quite far into the alley, the hotel provides complimentary tuktuk service to the end of the alley 24/7. The end of the alley is walking distance to nana station and there are lots of food options too.
Overall, convenient, affordable and spacious. Will recommend to stay.
