We have celebrated our anniversary at the hotel.
The service of the hotel was excellent and the cleanliness was good too. The location of the hotel also quite convenient as it is next to MBK and also within walking distance to BTS. We enjoy the breakfast too.
We will definitely be back again.

The hotel has revamp and it’s a great ambiance n breakfast was really good - staff are really great help

Location is excellent, is linked to MBK and from MBK, one is able to walk to Siam area, like Siam Paragon. We are upgraded to the corner unit, is spacious and comfortable. One small short coming is that the towels can smell better and I prefer the beds to be slightly more flush. The highly raved breakfast is decent, I like the cafe latte. Hotel is huge with a sense of grandeur. I hope I can use their amenities, this trip is a rush one. Will return.

The hotel staff here were very friendly and provides good customer service.
The hotel room was also very clean and big . The highlight was the hotel’s fitness centre. It is probably one of the biggest gym i’ve even been in a hotel.
The hotel is also situated in the centre of Siam with BTS access within walking distance.
I will definitely stay here again.

very friendly staffs that are fluent with english thus communication is not an issue. we stayed for 6 nights and the location of the hotel is in the central, short distance to Big C and many other shopping malls and districts. The hotel is connected to MBK center which is located next to the BTS national stadium. The room is very clean and corridor was well lit, overall highly recommended

Not a 5* hotel anymore. You know it when you open the fridge inside your room….. wahahaha…. Its empty. Saving grace is that the location is top notch and fitness center is even alot bigger than most commercial gyms in Singapore.

One of the best hotels in Bangkok. Service was very good, staff were polite and helpful. The room is very clean and in great condition. Love that there’s a lot of amenities including a very huge gym. Location is also very good as it’s just next to BTS and MBK Center. I also loved the breakfast. There is quite a variety to choose from. The only downside is the wifi in the room is not very stable and can be quite laggy. Overall, I will definitely come here again!

We stayed here for 5 nights and all I can say is I really enjoyed my stay here. Very convenient to everything. Connected to MBK! Very cool. The service and everything is so good. The breakfast selection is really good as well. Different menu everyday. It’s a very expensive hotel so worth the price. I will be back here again soon.

Good location and nice big rooms. Managed to get a connecting room for my family. However no bath tub. Breakfast was average.

Location is superb..attached to a mall. Fast check in. There's direct water dispenser for drinking. Hotel is clean. House keeping doing a great job. Overall very nice hotel.
