房間比較舊了，因為位置原因，晚上摩託車噪音會很大。但是不得不承認酒店位置確實好，同時老牌5星有保障，這還是他們家無法比擬的優勢。

Of the dozens of hotel I've been to in Bangkok, Westin is definitely one of the most hospitality one. The entire staff, right from Robert the GM down to every single minor staff, offered the most friendly service that made us feel like dignitaries. Furthermore, it's location is most convenient, right at the busiest part of the city yet just a couple of steps away from the bts and mrt stations.
This is one hotel in Bangkok that I would strongly recommend.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
All the hotel staff were kind.
The breakfast had a wide variety and was fresh and very satisfying.
If I had to say anything, my hair dryer was extremely heavy, so I was glad I had the latest one.
It's close to the station and there's a shopping mall next door, so there were no inconveniences during my stay and it was very convenient.

The location is very convenient, but the swimming pool is very ordinary and very small. It's great to find something to eat. The buffet dinner is delicious. It's worth it if you go there for a meal. There is coconut milk for breakfast. If you don't like swimming, you can choose this room.
