I like the front counter staff they were very pleasant and nice. The bell boy was always ready to assist us. However, the hotel is a little old and would really need a new makeover. There were cracks on the flooring and stains on the walls. The water heater for the shower room should be renewed as the water heater does not heat up the cold water in the morning. Overall the hotel was great in terms of service but the room and overall cleanliness can be hugely improved. Cleanliness can be greatly improved there were stains on the mugs provided. It is a few minutes walk away from the BTS train and minutes walk from popular tourist spots.

I would not hesitate to stay here again at the new Mercure on Surawong. Good value for money, super clean (opened in May), rooms are well decorated, had a lovely meal at lunch, staff are pleasant, lobby’s great for chilling.

Everything was okay for this hostel. The thing i liked it there was having two tables outside that can smoke and chill in the morning. Coffee is able to order in there. Reasonable price. Nothing bad as i had read on the reviews from many platforms. One thing, we were two ppl but at the lobby provided one towel. Bathrooms in each floor with male and female separated. Close to MRT and 3mins approx to 7-11on the same road. 300baht refundable deposit is required. Not bad for the first time hostel :)

Very bad, couldn't sleep all night, there was constant noise Respond to the counter staff、he say: That's the sound of the air conditioner,every one room is same,I can’t believe that, There is something wrong with the air conditioner, Didn't solve the problem. Let paying passengers bear the noise, pay to suffer 真他馬的有夠爛的、隔音超差，還一直出現吹風機的聲音，整晚吵的不能睡、要塞iphone ear pro2有降噪功能才能睡，第二天半夜真的受不了了、跑去問櫃台、叫他來我房間聽是什麼鬼聲音、吵整天也怎麼睡？後來他說那是空調運做的聲音不是吹風機、可是我沒開空調耶？他說每個房間都一樣、超傻眼、花四千住兩晚、找罪受、我說下次不可能再來你們這家飯店、（三溫暖有搞頭嗎？沒有）房間超小

We stayed here for two nights on a layover between flights from the UK to Australia. I booked this because it was cheap (and I am cheap), and because it offered a very cheap ”family suite” option of two interconnecting rooms. I was travelling with my 11-year-old daughter and this seemed like a good option for us both getting an undisturbed sleep. I'm an Accor member, and have stayed in Ibis Styles hotels in several places around the world. They're generally OK. This place was way above normal Ibis Styles standards. This hotel is very new: it had been open for a couple of months when we stayed. The location is good. It's very close to Sala Daeng BTS and not far from Silom MTR. It's on a major road. However, it is down its own little alleyway, so it is isolated from traffic noise. It's a private, dedicated alleyway, with a good smooth surface and good lighting, not a scary dark alleyway. The lobby is light and airy and really nicely decorated, with floor cushions on a stairway which is a nice place to sit around. Check-in was great. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and gave me all the information I needed. She even showed us to our room, which was on the ground floor. She apologised for it being on the ground floor, but really this was fine. The rooms were lovely. There was a door which closed us off from the rest of the corridor, meaning that we had a section of corridor to ourselves and could leave our doors open if we wanted to. The rooms were brightly coloured and extremely clean. The shower areas were huge. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with nice soft duvets. My one caveat is that these rooms were great for us, because there was one person in each room. It might be less good if there were two of you in a room. The showers are glass, and look directly onto the bed. There's a blind, and the door is partially frosted, but if you were lying in bed, even with the shower blind down, you could see the head and feet of the person in the shower. Also, the sink is in the room, rather than in a separate bathroom, so there's no privacy when you're brushing your teeth or shaving or whatever. Again, great for one person: you can watch TV while brushing your teeth or showering, but maybe not great for two people. The TV had very limited channels - for English I think there was only al-Jazeera, ChannelNewsAsia and RT. But it had YouTube built in, so you could find yourself something good to watch. The TV was a decent size - maybe 40”. WiFi was very fast and free. The breakfast buffet was small, but really good. The food was lovely. The pool area is great. It's on the roof, and it's shaded in the afternoon by surrounding buildings. From one end of the pool there is a good view across the city, even though it's only on the 9th floor. The bar by the pool did some lovely mocktails too. This hotel was unbelievably cheap - less than US$40 per night for one room - but it did not feel like

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on our stop over in Bangkok. As soon as we arrived we were so impressed; the lobby was super inviting and modern. The staff were so accommodating, friendly and attentive to our every need during our stay. We stayed on the 32nd floor and the views of Bangkok from our window were just insane, we had a perfect view of the sunset and at night time it just felt magical! We could even see the Mahanakon Sky walk from our room which wasn’t far from the hotel which we ended up visiting ( would recommend if you like heights and a roof top drink! ) The room was spacious, we had all our luxuries with coffee/ tea, hairdryer and even the small details of supplying some extra toiletries ( my girlfriend really appreciated these ! ) The room felt very modern and was a comfortable place for us to catch up on some work ( as we work online ) whilst feeling right at home. On that note the wifi is very fast! Whilst travelling around we love to make time to keep on top of our fitness and the hotel gym was perfect for our needs, great variety of equipment and floor space for yoga. The outdoor pool was perfect to chill out on the loungers and go for a dip with some scenic city views! We also had breakfast here and the variety of hot / cold food was good and the coffees were amazing! The omelette station was our favourite! We were told they are building a bar and restaurant for the 38th floor which wasn’t ready when we were there but that will definitely be such a nice touch! Gutted we couldn’t experience that, maybe next time when we come back to Bangkok. Location was very good, not far from shopping centres like icon Siam and central world ( about 10 min taxi ride ) and a few restaurants and cafes around the neighbourhood. It's also a 15 minute walk to Lumpini park. Would really recommend this hotel for comfort, location, wifi and just a really lovely stay! Can’t wait to come back! Lauren and Reece.

This hotel is near Silom from the metro, it is necessary to take 700 meters but a number of other hotels for a small price and good quality no room cozy clean staff friendly welcome there is a safe Condishen good Waifai only there is no beautiful location and basein and so everything is great

Who reviewed that the bed was comfortable? It's not comfortable at all, very hard. The bed that says King is 2 single beds connected together as shown in the picture and has joints. Why do you do this? And the mattress is hard! There is no topper of any kind. The fabric is rough. The size of the room is good. But the equipment made me look very disappointed. I don't sleep well at all. No light can come in. Because the curtains are short As for breakfast, it's ok with a lot of variety and flavor. If you pay an additional 279 baht per person, the price is acceptable. Service: Asking for anything in advance is not possible. Going at 1 p.m. and requesting a room is not possible. There is a room deposit of 1000. Cash or transfer payments will be refunded immediately. If the credit card says 30 days, anything at all is no more. The decision point is that the bed is very bad. The shower door has damaged hinges and is not completely closed. I'm very afraid if it falls off and the glass breaks. No makeup remover cotton.

Good location surrounding many condos. Price performance ratio is great. Very spacious, comfortable rooms with necessary amenities. Wished the beds were king sized rather than queen sized. Very nice, efficient and courteous staff. Security opens the doors to the lobby at any given time which is very respectful of them. Residence contains two massive pools one outdoors and one indoors. Fully equipped gym, saunas and a laundry room for guests. It’s a really great place for families as well as couples. We recommend Narathiwas at any given time. We are here for over 10 days and are expecting to extend our stay.

The hotel is a charming small hotel residence, in fact co-owned apartments, which rent about $35 per night. There is a exercise room with weights, a bike bed, 2 wheel tapes, an elliptical bike and a small swimming pool just enough for a few turns. The rooms were comfortable, the rooms were hermetical for total darkness and it was a very quiet place. For those traveling with a small budget, you will like this
