We had a two-day family break there, at Chris**as in a really spacious two-room apar**ent. We enjoyed the extra space and the view to the mountains. We paid for half board so we ate dinner as well as breakfast. The hotel was clean, the service was good but the food was always cold no matter the time. It's a pity because the food was fresh and well prepared. The desserts were not varied and a bit disappointing. Chris**as meal which was supposed to be special, actually was not. The pool was clean, at good temperature but with too much chlorine (it smelled more than usual at least). Overall, a nice stay.

Very spacious room, we rent a 92 square meters suite...
No air-conditioning in the room.
Breakfast with a lot of choice, huge indoor swimming pool but spa needs to be fixed.
Quiet place, no street noise at night.

We were the only people staying there and it was obvious that they would have preferred that we were not there either. Service was terrible, restaurant and bar shut, poor maintenance and no servicing. Argumentative manager.
So we left 6 days early rather than ruin the rest of our holiday.

πρώτα απ όλα μπαίνοντας στο ξενοδοχείο στη ρεσεψιόν δν την έλεγες την κοπέλα καθόλου ευγενικη. Τα δωμάτια χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση έχοντας αυτή την πανάρχαια μοκέτα που δεν καθαρίζεται,παλιά έπιπλα κ τελείως απαίσια κρεβάτια κ μαξιλαρια ενώ πηγαίνεις για ξεκούραση κ χαλάρωση. τα παράθυρα επίσης ακαθάριστα 3 μέρες που μείναμε είχε χυθεί καφες στο κουμπί κ κάτω έξω από το ασανσέρ κ έμεινε ακαθάριστα πράγμα που δν ανταποκρίνεται σε 4* ξενοδοχείο το πρωινό με μικρή ποικιλία κ μαυρες μπανάνες Η πισίνα με πολύ χλώριο κ κα εις δν μάζευε τα τόσα νερά γύρω με αποτέλεσμα να γλιστράει τρομερα

I went for the weekend for a surprise for my boyfriend, the staff is really kind, I asked if they can put a small card with happy name day and they did it which was very nice of them. The hotel was very clean, the room was very clean and had everything needed, they looked exact as the photos. I suggest to bring your own hair dryer because the one in the room was not working but this could be a problem only in the room that we stayed but have it in mind. The only thing that I don’t like is that it is said that there is parking in the hotel and this was really important for me, but unfortunately you need to pay 10lv for each day to park your car in the hotel parking which is ridiculous for a guests in the hotel. I was looking for a nice hotel with SPA center and that’s why I chose this exact hotel but unfortunately the spa was nothing that much. The indoor pool was really cold, the sauna had the temperature that the pool was supposed to have, the steam bath was okey but the sauna was around 65-70t which for a sauna is not okey and also very small. As a Spa complex they should really pay more attention to their SPA. The food was nice and overall the hotel is calm and good for a weekend getaway but for the prices I expected more especially from the spa center.

Cons: Bad service where you need to wait 10-15 minutes to get something from the bar or get information from reception. The receptions personel is giving inconsistent information about available rooms and amenities in the rooms. Some of the rooms lack proper lighting. We wanted to spend 1 more night in the hotel and asked upfront if we book 1 more night whether we would need to change the room. We were assured that we are going to stay in the same rooms for this extra night but in the morning started to receive calls how we need to change rooms. Although for the same price the new rooms were smaller, did not have a sofa and a coffe table, the view was not towards the golf course but towards the street ans the balcony wqs smaller. Staff tried to play it as that there was a misunderstabding between us and them but later confirmed that the mistake was theirs. 1 out of the 3 Spa rooms was not working, leaving us with only a Sauna and a Steam Room. Water in the pool is not warm and may be too cold for some people. Pros: OK food The beds were comfortable One of the staff members was kind and honeat with us. Would not repeat a visit to the hotel.
