"Liked · Location, navigation - perfect. Staff, accommodation - great. Amenities, comfort - wonderful. Service, care - on a level. Food, drinks - delicious. Additional extras - good. Disliked · No air conditioning! There are no cosmetic stands in the shower cabin + there is no shower head in the bathroom, and one small handset... The door had gaps - one finger at the top and half at the bottom."

"We spent a week at the Evelina at a quiet time of the Ski season. Our room was good and clean. Beds were comfy and the bathroom had all we needed. Breakfast was always a high standard and the cook even came in an hour early the day we were leaving because of our bus time. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The shuttle bus service worked very well. The pool was a really good size and the sauna got to a decent temperature in about 15 mins."

"For a family of four, the hot water supply was insufficient, and it took quite a while to heat up. Hopefully, it could be expedited. The terrace was large and comfortable, with a beautiful view; definitely worth visiting again."

"I never recomand this place. Hotel is mizerable, rooms was dirty and very small, food was pure, and thevstaff was unfriendly. Hotel position is very far to the sky, but they have one little car for transfer. We don t like anything there, and we are sure that we never come back. "

"The location is amazing just 15 min walk to the gondola station. The service is amazing, it’s family run business, the owner took personal care of us ensured any little issues were addressed immediately. In the morning we were fed well with Bulgarian breakfast and it had personal touch to it and we were made to feel special. Amenities were adequate considering the price we paid for it. The only downside I would say is the shower had some moulds but that’s an easy fix and mattress was a bit soft needs replacement."
