Rooms are standard for the price, staff are rude and unwelcoming, rules in the pool change daily can jump in one day then the next you can’t and then you get shouted out aggressively. Can’t use the gym when she’s “making a massage” Save you a thew more pennies and visit somewhere different

Good but cominication is zero

The hotel is lovely, staff are very friendly and helpful, we had a 3 night stay as a ski trip, it was in the perfect place, about 5 minute walk from the gondola to get to all the slopes. The room was very good, we had a fully equipped kitchen as well as a big balcony. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean, the only thing is there was no hairdryer so I would bring one if you’ve booked a stay here. The rooms were very warm which was good in the cold weather! The breakfast had great choices as well as a coffee machine with loads of options. The spa was lovely, the pool is big and the jacuzzi was perfect after a long day of skiing. The sauna and steam room were also very nice and surprisingly not very busy whenever we visited. Unsure of the reason for any bad reviews! Everybody was very friendly and helpful, all guest seemed to be enjoying all amenities to offer. You just ask at reception if you need your room topping up and they do it all for you. The wardrobe was spacious with plenty of space to hang up all our ski equipment. Would 100% recommend this place for skiing in bansko, for the price we were shocked with how amazing everything was. We will be back for next years ski season!

Apar**ent was clean and comfortable. Personal were friendly. Swimming pool was with cold water, jacuzzi was not cleaned.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast and nice facilities. The pool was heated, you also had jacuzzi , dry and wet steam room and a fitness room. The Apar**ent that we had was ok, the beds were not the best but ok, but the extensible couch wasn't good at all, a very slim mattress and you had to put pillows under to level it a little. Per total the stay was nice, they only need to improve the extensible couches from the livings.

The hearing wasn't working they only gave us one blanket the mattress was really uncomfortable the wifi didn't work for 4 stars this is terrible very overrated the stove wasn't working the blankets had a stain on them they didn't have a hair dryer Overall really bad place Don't go the reviews are fake

We spend 10 days in this hotel for Chris**as and New year 2022. The hotel is nice with different size apar**ents. We had 1 bedroom apar**ent which was equipped with everything necessary for our stay. There was a fire place as well which added to the apar**ent charm. The spa center was nice with good swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, also with fitness center. We were using it regularly and was very convenient. The hotel is very close to the ski slopes, which made the experience for skiers very easy and practical. The personnel were great. They were very kind, trying to satisfy all our requirements. For example, they provided additional heating radiators for the colder days. The lift got broken one of the days and they immediately offered us another 1-bedroom apar**ent on the ground floor as we had an elderly person with us. The other apar**ent had also washing machine, which proved to be very handy during our stay. For the New Year’s Eve, the hosts have prepared nice musical program and New year’s menu with large choice. We were delighted with the great festive a**osphere, the music and the dancing. The hosts came to greet each one of us personally and especially payed kind attention to our gradma as per our old Bulgarian traditions. Overall, we spent really fabulous time and will come back in this hotel again next time we are in Bansko.

I liked the location because was relatively close to the skiing zone and also I can say that the breakfast was good because you had plenty of options. I think that the staff needs to be more helpful with the guests, I ask the pool attendant/barman for more towels and se sent me to ask the lady at the front desk for one. Like I have to stock his towels. The rooms are very cold, we had to put a few towels to stop the wind to get in the room so you can easily get a cold over there. When we asked for a hair dryer, they showed us that they have 2 that are  ot working. Also all the doors looked like someone force the doors to break inside the room, that doesn't give you a safety feeling. When you take a shower, the water from the shower cabin goes on the floor, so make sure you have flip flops when getting out. I will never go back there and don't recommend to anyone to go there.
