We spent three nights at the hotel. There is no doubt that the hotel meets all the standards expected of the Kempinski chain. The hotel manager (Mr. Roger) walks around among the guests all day, is interested in their well-being and gives good recommendations regarding spending time in the city. One of the evenings (on the recommendation of the hotel manager) we ate at the sushi restaurant in the hotel. Excellent food. The chef cooks in front of you and serves not only excellent food but gives a performance. Recommended!!!

The accommodation was very neat with many facilities.
The location is very good next to a ski lift.
It has parking. Very helpful staff!
They upgraded me to a mountain view room.
The room had an espresso machine, kettle,
water and ingredients for tea and coffee.
The mattress is perfect! Clean and quiet!
The hotel has a luxurious Spa!
The breakfast was excellent!
While on booking
I immediately paid the value of the room
with credit card,
the clerk at the reception
it didn't look in their system
my payment and asked me
to re-pay the value of the overnight stay.
I told her that I had already paid the value
of the room reservation.
The next day at check out
they asked me to pay for the night again.
I showed the proof of payment
that Trip.com had sent me
then the employee stated that he would have to confirm it
manager...after waiting a few more minutes
they acknowledged my payment.
Unfortunately the delay and lack of information

Personel ***et iyiydi, konaklamada yaşadığımız değişiklikleri çok iyi yönettiler. Özellikle otelde Türk resepsiyon olması çok faydalı oldu. Genel olarak iyi bir servis aldık. Aleksey, Celal, Mustafa, Kemal ve Kader bize çok iyi servis verdi özellikle. Kahvaltı ***et güzeldi. Temizlik iyiydi. Bir tek otel genel olarak Kempinski beklentimize göre biraz eski ve bakımsızdı. Beautiful hotel in an unbeatable location right next to the gondola station with ski in and ski out. The staff are outstanding, they go above and beyond to make guests feel like VIPs. We stayed for a week and loved everything about this hotel! From the spa to the restaurants, the front desk, the bar and a special shout out to the ski room staff and the room attendants, the team is great. Little things like walking through to the restaurant and being asked (knowing my name) if I am having a nice stay, and do I need anything is a really nice touch especially as these staff see thousands of guests a year. The rooms are lovely, spacious, immaculate and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was nice as was supper and reasonably priced in our package. We were frequently joined by my sons who were staying nearby. The restaurant staff could not be more helpful. This is my 4th visit to Bulgaria and is my first choice as an intermediate skier with a party of mixed levels. The location makes meeting up during the day and evening super easy especially if we split up during the day. Popping in and out was so easy and the ski room staff are incredibly responsive at accommodating you speedily and the bar is a 1 minute walk inside with another bar outside at the door so great for waiting for others. Is there a downside? I would have to dig deep and have to say I would struggle to come up with anything. The internet connection was great, the bathroom beautifully equipped with plenty of hot water and the bedding of excellent quality. These are my usual gripes with hotels but the Kempinski got these right too so I have to award a 10/10 I would definitely come again and am looking forward to it already.
