Hotel room very clean and comfortable to stay in, good location and very easy access to go in and out. Good breakfast and friendly staff

The best place for short vacation in banyuwangi, we have a wonderfulstay there with my 2 kids, they love the pool, playground and the food on the breakfast.. there is some small glitch but management act very quick to turn around the service into good experience. We love our room, its clean and tidy. Thank you for Ibu Dwi for taking care our stay, vani at spa for the relaxing treatment and front desk team for their warm smile and super helpfull. Definitely we will be back again later.

When i planned to go to Banyuwangi…:i am eyeing this hotel so much….it is always full booked….till I got chance to have stayxation here . I love this hotel…..the surrounding is very nice and has lots of facility….the staff is kind and friendly….all we need are provided fast and the information is very clear…. . Thank dialoog….will come back here again….

This is one of the few options for the city. They have very nice restaurant. The stuff was very helpful. They’re trying to help as much as possible for the price paid. It is a good option. I would repeat myself family friendly. It’s a safe good place for a few days.

Pemandangannya cantik, adem nyengerin good for healing, also the food was nice!! A Peaceful Escape with Stunning Views the natural views were absolutely breathtaking, with rolling hills, green trees, and endless skies stretching out before me. I loved starting my mornings with the sound of birds and watching the sunrise over the landscape. The villa's large windows and open spaces made it easy to enjoy the beauty all around. It felt so peaceful to sit on the balcony, drink coffee, and take in the quiet, calm surroundings. The view alone made the stay feel like a perfect escape from the busy world.

We stayed here for just a few hours before being collected in the middle of the night to climb Ijen. It was good for the price - the beds were comfy, air conditioning worked well and the room was clean. Reception was manned 24 hours a day, so could check out at midnight. We ate at the restaurant on the top floor, which was fine. The menu wasn’t in great English and some of the western options were slightly odd - my carbonara had breaded chicken in, and pastry cheese straws on the top for some reason. The service was also a little slow for food. However it tasted nice, portions were good and it was very well priced.

The hotel is beyond my expectation! Super clean, comfy, nice location, beautiful view, and super warm and greetings from the staff especially Mas Mahgi in the reception desk. We got the opportunity to have early check in as well. All the best for Illira Hotel Banyuwangi :)

Was disappointed in the room, very small and to upgrade was very expensive and no breakfast included even though it stated bteakfast included on all situs and the brochure on hotel reception. Staff were very helpful and a big shout out to Robert the gardener who rembered me from my visit to the hotel in 2017 also.
