Location of the hotel is great ,Right at the Railway station. Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

第一次來保定，從網上看到了這家酒店，名字很有趣水晶酒店，入住以後非常的舒適，進大堂有員工幫忙按電梯，辦理入住時候也很親切速度很快，服務很好。進了房間寬敞明亮，為我安排了一個高樓層陽面空間很大的房間，還貼心的為我們介紹用餐的時間和地點，早餐豐富味道也很不錯，我走的時候員工幫我貼心叫車，非常棒，晚上還提供了泡腳服務，態度很好👌🏻

經常來保定出差，就這麼説吧 整個火車站周圍，除了他們家都不要考慮！衹有他們家是乾淨的，温馨的，服務好的。
第一天來前台是小徐接待的 我身份證出差路上丟了，小徐馬上提出解決方案。第二天的小劉還有小徐也很貼心的幫忙辦理入住。12點退房的時候，我臨時有事兒回不去，酒店也很貼心的幫忙處理。
重點是 真的很乾凈，是我在整個河北200塊以內住的最最最最最乾淨的酒店了。衞生間也大。
以後來保定，就衹住他們家了。

來保定的話很推薦這家酒店，交通便利，去萬博商場都方便。酒店的環境管理也很用心，前台接待的小姐姐也很細心的給你安排，第一次入住保定的摩登水晶酒店，一進大廳就很堂皇，還有休息吧、休憩區，休息吧裏有圖書角，各種各樣的書都有，雖然不是很多，但是很適合小朋友和不愛看手機的長者們。這邊還有免費茶飲及小零食，很安逸。也有免費停車場、洗衣服的地方，不得不説，入住摩登水晶酒店是一次很棒的入住體驗！

特地表揚一下這家店，酒店服務人員超級好的，進門辦理會細心詢問，確認訂單，而且非常體貼，行 李拿不下還會主動幫忙，其次酒店衞生真的非常乾淨，客房大姐打掃衞生的時候非常細緻，就連角落的衞生死角都清理的乾乾淨淨，
酒店隔音也很不錯，基本上聽不到任何噪音。酒店設施就更不用説了非常棒，真的強力推薦。服務是真的好，早餐很豐盛美味，交通便利，酒店還有免費停車場，前台小哥哥小姐姐看到有小朋友還會送個小零食，特別好，真心不錯！
