Hampton by Hilton Baoding High-Tech Zone
9.6 (963 reviews)

Hampton by Hilton Baoding High-Tech Zone ★★★★

📍 No. 3155 Fuxing Middle Road, Jingxiu District, Baoding

"Once again, Hampton's service has blown me away! Since I was traveling with elderly family members, the front desk kindly upgraded their room for free. The room's design and amenities were incredibly thoughtful and user-friendly, and the cleanliness, as always, was impeccable. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – both the seniors and the kids loved it. The hotel's location is also excellent, offering both convenience and tranquility. You really can't beat the value for money here! Looking forward to my next stay. For anyone still hesitating, just go for it!"

"I stayed here over a decade ago and had a wonderful experience. While the facilities are definitely showing their age now, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is quite good. The hotel is also very close to the Baoding Banquet Food Museum, making it a great value-for-money option if you're visiting Baoding. Mr. Fan at the lobby was incredibly welcoming and proactively helped us load our luggage into the car. Much appreciated!"

"It was a great trip to Baoding. Fortunately, we made an appointment online in advance, otherwise the hotel would be fully booked during the holidays. It is a well-established five-star hotel. The service environment and experience are all great (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧It was worth our long wait. It was really good. The breakfast on the eighth floor was quiet with few people. It will still be our first choice next time we come to Baoding!"

"This is my second stay. The first time was booked offline; the housekeeper entered the room around 9 AM without knocking, which was very unreasonable. After explaining the situation to the front desk, the manager called several times but couldn't clarify the issue and the matter was left unresolved. This time, I booked online, and the room didn't have any mold or odor issues, but there were cracks in the corners, and the windows and walls were dusty. This hotel represents the image of Baoding, and the service and environment are terrible."

"This long-established five-star hotel in Baoding boasts impeccable service and attentive care. From the lobby to the guest rooms, from the second-floor restaurant to the fifth-floor all-day dining restaurant, from the hot springs to the executive lounge, every corner offers exceptional value. I heard that several new buildings have been constructed behind the hotel, making it even larger. Staying here means having it all: dining, rooms, hot springs, massage, spa, swimming – everything you could want! It's fantastic! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"Cleanliness: When the room first opened, poplar fluff was flying everywhere. We arrived late and were exhausted, but after a long discussion, we managed to get a different room! Environment: The environment and hotel facilities were decent, considering it's a newly opened hotel! Service: The service was rather average; not very enthusiastic."

"It's super worry-free to bring a baby! The room has enough space for activities, the safety details are in place, and some room types also prepare children's slippers and toiletries. The staff is very friendly and patient with the children and the nearby facilities are complete. The hotel is clean and refreshing as a whole, the room has no smell, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the sound insulation effect is also very good. The check-in and check-out speed at the front desk is fast, the staff is gentle, and the demand is responded promptly. Convenient location, close to the water world, very cost-effective, will choose this next time you travel!"

Baoding Xingrui Hot Spring Hotel Hotels in Baoding

Baoding Xingrui Hot Spring Hotel

"I went on a family trip during the National Day holiday and was very satisfied with my stay: 1. High cost performance. You will get free hot spring tickets when you stay in the hotel. The overall price is favorable. There is also an agricultural science and technology park nearby, which is very suitable for children to play. The hotel has free pick-up and drop-off. You only need to buy tickets. Yes 2. The comfort level is high, both the environmental sanitation and the hotel service are satisfactory. Every waiter I met during the period, whether it was the front desk receptionist or the floor waiter, always served with a smile. This is really not easy and deserves praise. 👍3. Handling the problem is easy. On the day of check-in, the child had a fever. After calling in advance, he checked in early when he arrived at the hotel. He also sent a thermometer as a spare. Thank you very much☺️Although I found a small stain on the bedding when I arrived in the room, the waiter was very quick. I came here to completely replace the bedding, and the work was quick and skillful. It was great! My only regret is that I didn't ask the waiter's name. I hope I can meet him next time I check in. I would like to commend Liu Limei and Ctrip at the hotel front desk for their overall service. They responded quickly to questions and were very satisfied with the arrangements. Thank you~ Because of the privacy of the hot spring, I didn’t take too many photos, but the hot spring has a large playground suitable for children. Recommended👍"

U-Mine Hotel (Baoding Railway Station Yuhua West Road)

"The room is of moderate size, newly decorated, with good sanitary conditions, acceptable sound insulation, and friendly service staff. The hotel is very close to the train station and there are many restaurants nearby. But the only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple, which can be improved compared with similar priced Home Inns. In addition, the TV control is not very sensitive (there are many TV programs and free on-demand movies)."

Hanting Hotel (Baoding Railway Station East Square) Hotels in Baoding

Hanting Hotel (Baoding Railway Station East Square)

"This hotel is very close to Baoding Railway Station, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's near a main road, and the soundproofing of the windows is only so-so. The corridors are also poorly soundproofed. The hotel doesn't have many rooms, but it has many floors, and there's only one elevator, which gets very crowded during peak hours. It's about 1 kilometer from the Zhili General Administration Scenic Area. The front desk staff were pushing Huazhu Club VIP memberships and even tried to get me to cancel my Ctrip booking and rebook through the Huazhu Club app, which annoyed me. I sympathize with the front desk staff who are under pressure to push this service."

"Consistent quality as expected from Marriott. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the Serta mattress provided a very comfortable sleep. The soundproofing is excellent. The front desk staff were professional and attentive. They offer a self-service laundry room and a gym, and parking is convenient for those driving. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, making it perfect for business trips. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Baoding. Highly recommended!"

"It is very convenient to take mothers and children to play during the Mid-Autumn Festival. It takes two hours to drive. The facilities are not fancy, but they are all affordable. Overall, I am very satisfied. The hot springs can be used until 12 o'clock in the evening, which is very user-friendly. It’s understandable that you can only come in and out once during holidays, so you can have a better experience. A richer breakfast would be better."

Hampton by Hilton Baoding High-Tech Zone ★★★★
"The room was very clean and the hotel overall felt new. Breakfast was plentiful and served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The parking lot was spacious. When checking out, they proactively asked if we had a car and provided a parking voucher. There are street food stalls and the famous 'Miao Tan Roasted Fish' (a local internet-famous restaurant) not far away. The environment was very quiet. I'll definitely come again!"

"The hotel facilities are great, and the service attitude is excellent. The lobby manager was very kind and welcoming, offering thoughtful touches like small gifts for children, welcome fruits upon check-in, and farewell souvenirs, which truly showed the warmth of their service. Thumbs up! The only minor drawback is that it's quite far from the city center, so you'll need to factor that into your itinerary planning."

"This was my first time staying at the Aiqingcheng Hotel in Baoding, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, and parking was a breeze, which was a huge relief. A special shout-out to CC at the front desk – she was incredibly kind, checked me in quickly, and patiently helped with any questions I had. Her service was truly heartwarming, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!"

DoubleTree by Hilton Baoding ★★★★★
"It's been a long time since I last wrote a review, but this stay was truly one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had in recent years. After checking in, I realized it's a hotel that frequently hosts conferences. Naturally, with more people, the service quality suffers. However, if they can't guarantee the rights of individual guests, at the very least, they should inform us when booking on the platform that there will be a conference during that period. The hallway on our floor reeked of smoke. We booked a family room, but ended up being placed next to guests who were playing cards with their door open all night. For individual guests, there was absolutely no good living experience. It was 11:30 PM, and only after I called the front desk multiple times did they finally make a reminder call, and the neighbors closed their door. The room's layout design has very poor soundproofing; even after they closed the door, it was still noisy."

"This hotel stay experience is simply impeccable! The location is excellent, whether it is for travel or dining, it is super convenient. The overall decoration style of the hotel is simple and modern, clean and neat without losing style. The first step into the hotel will double the favorability. The room is equipped with a capsule coffee machine. When you wake up in the morning, use it to make a cup of coffee and start a day full of energy. It's super comfortable! Moreover, the drinks in the small refrigerator are free to drink, and fresh fruits are thoughtfully prepared. The details are full! I must especially praise the front desk Xiao Dong. From checking in to answering questions, he was enthusiastic and professional throughout the whole process. He responded to every request and made people feel warm. This stay experience was great"
