This stay at Orange Crystal Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The receptionist, Xiao Shang, was incredibly efficient at check-in, greeting me with a smile throughout, and was both warm and attentive. The hotel's tranquil environment is perfect for a relaxing vacation, making me feel right at home.
What's even more impressive are the details of the service. Every staff member I encountered in the hallway greeted me proactively with a genuine and warm smile. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, fresh fruits, and pastries—everything you could want.
From the efficient and attentive front desk service to the ubiquitous warm greetings, and the heartfelt breakfast, every detail reflects meticulous attention to detail! When you finish a busy week at work, or if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, Orange Crystal Xiong'an New Area Hotel is the perfect choice for enjoying a peaceful life!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is simply one of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and making you feel at home.
My room is spacious, bright and well decorated. The big bed is so comfortable and soft that you feel like you are in the clouds as soon as you lie down on it.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

DDr LightningEverting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories.
One thing management need to focus on:
1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

FFredJiaThe main reason for choosing this one is because it is new. The surrounding B&Bs are either too old or have reviews saying there are many mosquitoes and rats. The hotel is very clean overall, with a slight decoration smell. The service is also quite good. The location is very good, just across the wall from the Jingui Wharf. However, the surrounding environment is a bit messy and the scenic area is not planned.
The room was very clean, but the decoration level and quality were not very good. The water in the newly renovated shower room could actually flow into the dry area. Breakfast and dinner were also too simple.
Overall, the accommodation conditions are at most 500-600 level, which is not worth the current price. If you go there now, you will just go for the new facilities.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the edge of the county. It is not far from Gulou Street by taxi. We came here for the indoor swimming pool because of our schedule, so we were not able to experience it. It is a pity that there are free coffee, tea, popsicles, rubber bands and other small welcome items in the hotel lobby. In the cabin, we booked a 1.35-inch twin bed, which can be moved, so it is family-friendly for second-born children. However, the quilt is a bit damp. There is an air purifier in the room, and the sound insulation is not particularly good. The breakfast is comprehensive, but we arrived at 8:30. We may arrive a little late, so please be careful to go early.

GGuest UserThe hotel's front desk service was excellent, especially the lobby manager. I came to Dingzhou to take an exam, and because the exam room was located in the same place, I specifically asked the front desk, who then contacted the manager, who contacted the relevant person in charge to confirm. It was really thoughtful. The hotel is newly renovated, so there was a slight smell in the room, but it didn't affect it! They gave me a fruit plate, and the service attitude must be praised. 👍 If I have the chance to come to Dingzhou in the future, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

CCaifafupoFairfield by Marriott Baoding: A Bumpy Journey but a Comfortable Stay, Though Hygiene Details Were Disappointing.
This stay was quite a journey, literally. The first time I navigated, I accidentally drove to the Xiong'an New Area branch, and it took another hour and a half to drive back to this Baoding location. Although the journey was tiring, the comfortable amenities upon arrival made up for some of the fatigue.
The hotel exterior is modern and grand, and the lobby is spacious and bright. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient. The room was a standard king-size, with a Serta mattress and waffle-weave bedding that was just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. The hotel is located in downtown Baoding, with convenient dining and shopping nearby; there's a snack street and a supermarket just a few minutes' walk away.
However, the only truly disappointing aspect was that the room's cleanliness wasn't thorough enough. On the bathroom wall, there was still a used bandage from the previous guest. This sight was really off-putting and made me question the standard of room cleaning.
Overall, aside from this obvious hygiene lapse, the hotel's facilities and service were good. I hope the hotel can improve its room inspection process so that such details don't ruin the overall experience. If the hygiene improves, I would still consider staying here next time I visit Baoding.

HHayayaQueenI chose this hotel for this trip and the overall experience was very satisfactory. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt warm and comfortable, the decoration was simple and atmospheric, the environment was clean and tidy, the staff was warm and courteous, the check-in was fast and smooth, and there was no extra waiting throughout the process. The room is spacious, the lighting is sufficient, the bedding is soft and clean, the mattress is very comfortable, and the rest is particularly good at night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, and the details are very careful. The hotel's hygiene is in place, the corners are clean and comfortable, making people feel at ease. The location is excellent, the travel is convenient, and the surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient. The front desk service responds promptly, any needs can be solved quickly, and the service is intimate and professional. Whether it is the environment, health or service, it is far beyond expectations, the price is very high, it is highly recommended to stay, and I will choose here next time. It is worthy of five-star praise!

GGuest UserEnvironment: Due to unexpected reasons, I chose to stay in Baoding for one night. Taopu Hotel was my wisest choice. The hotel is located in Baoding High-tech Zone, with a quiet surrounding environment, beautiful greenery, and a bright and transparent lobby.
Service: The service is excellent. The front desk staff are friendly and always answer questions with a smile. Seeing that we came from afar, they also upgraded our room considerately, especially before we left the hotel, they also gave us a small gift-mineral water. In the hot summer, it is nothing more than the best arrangement. The hotel lobby also provides guests with alcohol wipes, dental floss, iodine sticks, masks, clips and other daily necessities. There are also various teas, snacks, and candies for guests to taste while sitting.
Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean. Both the inside of the room and the surroundings of the hotel are very clean.
Facilities: The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is very considerate. But in the hot weather, the lobby still insists on waiting until after May Day to turn on the air conditioner, which is really unsatisfactory. So many guests who have just checked out or are checking in are being scorched in the lobby. The hotel should adjust the air conditioning time according to the weather. Moreover, the hotel staff are even more tired. They also need to wear uniforms to provide warm service in a hot environment. I hope the hotel can improve and truly consider the guests and hotel staff.
