CCaicaimuziWe stayed here with our family for a spring outing during the Qingming Festival, and the experience was excellent! The room was spacious. Xiao Zhao at the front desk was patient, friendly, and approachable. The location is convenient, surrounded by lush greenery and a tranquil environment, making it super easy to go out for spring walks. There were no detours to restaurants or attractions. The hotel was quiet and peaceful overall, creating a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. We felt warm and comfortable, and the whole family was very satisfied.

SShushumamaTraveling by car for more than 50 days, choose to stay at Shenghai Holiday Hotel. I will go home tomorrow and draw a complete end to the trip in a five-star hotel.
The hotel is located in the newly developed area of the city, with spacious roads, tall and tidy green trees, connected to the Chinese medicine trading center, and a large leisure lawn across the road. There is a real estate being sold next to the hotel and the location is excellent. Free parking in front of the parking lot. Drive directly out when leaving the venue.
The service is really good, the handsome guy at the front desk greets you kindly, helps with luggage, tea, business is skilled, and check-in is done quickly.
The room is on the floor behind the lobby, staff helps deliver luggage to the room, and welcome fruit.
The hotel's Chinese garden yard, green trees and green cages, with mountains, waterfalls, spray scenery, as if in the park.
The room is bright, spacious, clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space and quality bedding.
The bathroom of the luxury hotel, two sinks, bathtub and shower are complete, hot water is sufficient, and the water is unblocked.
The hotel's Chinese restaurant, the environment is elegant, there are many guests, we also choose here for dinner. The dishes are beautifully presented, with less salt according to our requirements and taste good. The food is shown in the picture.
We have a weak room network and cellular signal.

GGuest UserIt's really great. We are traveling with a baby of one month old, so we thought there would be a lot of inconvenience during the trip, but the hotel's service is really perfect. All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! Thank you, I will test it after staying here😊

Before I even made a request, she had already thoughtfully considered everything, from a morning greeting to weather-based travel suggestions – all of which made me feel incredibly at ease and warm. She always resolved issues with a proactive attitude, her genuine smile and efficient actions ensuring a high-quality and reassuring experience in every detail of my stay. Huanhuan truly defined exceptional butler service and left an unforgettable impression of this hotel. Highly recommended!

Uuljjatxa121I stayed for two nights during the Qingming Festival, and the service was excellent. After booking, a butler contacted me to register my car plate number and other details. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a mall with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's also just a few kilometers' drive from Xiong'an Xinma Forest Park. Let's talk about the facilities first: I went with my child, and there's a playground in B1. They even added an extra 'naughty castle' during the holiday, which my child absolutely loved. The children's play area is quite small, really only suitable for one to two-year-olds to play in briefly. The two building block tables had a limited number of toys, so I'd suggest adding more. There are also some electronic entertainment facilities that require tokens to play. There are two heated children's pools, but they are a bit small. I wouldn't recommend going if it's crowded, as it would be like 'dumplings in a pot.'
Next, breakfast: if you go around 9 AM, you'll have to queue for about 15 minutes, but they opened two restaurants, so the efficiency was still decent. I only had breakfast at the Chinese restaurant. The variety wasn't extensive, and the taste was average, but it was sufficient.
Finally, the rooms: we stayed on the 8th floor and booked two rooms. One of them still had a bit of a new renovation smell. After I mentioned it to the butler, they promptly brought an air purifier and even a fruit plate as an apology. Anyway, the service was quite reassuring. I'll definitely stay here again when the weather gets warmer.

I've always wanted to see how Xiong'an is developing, and being able to drive to the grand hotel in just two hours on the weekend makes it a great value for time.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent and quite new. The swimming pool, in particular, is fantastic, with separate pools for adults and children, making it very baby-friendly. The water temperature is very comfortable, so babies won't catch a cold. We requested three bed guards and a crib for the room, and these amenities were readily available and very convenient.
Service: All the staff we encountered were very enthusiastic and always resolved any issues promptly.

KKouniaoyangyuThere is no price increase during the Qingming Festival. The room is large and the service is good. It is really very good. The location is very convenient for boating in Baiyangdian. The hotel has a swimming pool. There are not many hot spring pools, but the price is cheap and enough. The key is that there are not many people and parking is convenient. I gave my child breakfast, which was not bad.
