ZZhouzhouJoshuaAh, the room is very clean and hygienic. The waiters Xiao Liu and Xiao Wu at the front desk were very enthusiastic and the service was in place. The lobby is very magnificent as soon as it comes in, and the hotel has a good parking lot. There is a shopping supermarket nearby and it is very convenient to eat. In short, the experience is particularly good. Friends are welcome to come and stay. Next time I come here to play, I will stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserIt's really great. We are traveling with a baby of one month old, so we thought there would be a lot of inconvenience during the trip, but the hotel's service is really perfect. All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! Thank you, I will test it after staying here😊

The hotel as a whole is in Chinese garden style, perfectly integrated with the surrounding natural environment, as if it were a large garden. GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked.
Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room.
Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap.
Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home!
Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient.
Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

MMowangdelaopoThe hotel is very conveniently located, and it only takes a few minutes to get there after getting off the highway. The housekeeper Xiaowei provided very thoughtful service, and helped us upgrade the room to the small column suite, which the children were very surprised and liked. The private hot spring in the room was clean and hygienic, the buffet breakfast was rich in variety, the hotel had a naughty castle, and there was also a Qingqing ranch where you could walk your kids around, and the beautiful Baishishan Mountain. It was simply a treasure hotel, and I have recommended it to my friends.

The hotel has a swimming pool. There are not many hot spring pools, but the price is cheap and enough. The key is that there are not many people and parking is convenient.
