The hotel feels brand new, very clean, and well maintained. The laundry room was a huge plus for us, especially traveling with a child. Breakfast was convenient and tasty, so we didn’t even need to leave the building in the mornings. There’s also a convenience store right around the corner which made things even easier. What really stood out was the staff. The reception team was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when my son had an emotional moment. Despite the language barrier, check-in and check-out were smooth using an offline translation app. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel location and quality are the best in Yishui Lake Scenic Area! The restaurant exit is the Golden Turtle Wharf, which is very convenient! The roof terrace has a panoramic view of Yishui Lake! The blue infinity pool is integrated with the lake. The room facilities are very clean, the room is spacious, the bedding towels are of good quality! Hotel service is also very warm and thoughtful. During the stay, there was an episode. There were many cars during the May Day holiday. My car was blocked by other cars. The hotel leader on duty (I heard that he was a treasurer), and immediately provided his own private car service! This kind of hotel quality is precious as a matter of your own home! The hotel manager specially prepared local millet for souvenirs! The warm atmosphere is reflected everywhere. The hotel's backyard parking lot is spacious and there are various lake views. A high watchtower, looking at the distant mountains and the lake, refreshing...

Five stars is a must! The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. This new branch is conveniently located in the heart of Zhuozhou New City in Hexi, right next to a large shopping mall. The newly renovated environment is bright and airy, and the room layout is well-designed, especially the south-facing rooms, which are quiet and away from the road. The sun shines in, making the rooms warm and inviting. The only downsides are that the cleanliness could be a bit more thorough; there were still some food scraps in some nooks and crannies. The breakfast selection was also a bit limited, and a coffee machine would have been a welcome addition.

Environment: Located right next to the scenic spot, just a 10-minute walk straight ahead. You can even enjoy the view from your room in the morning; it's situated right at the foot of the mountain. My husband loved it and said it deserves a rave review. Highly recommended! Service: The owners are incredibly helpful! It's a husband-and-wife business! The first time we went, we took the wrong route and got off at Yeshanpo. The owners picked us up in the middle of the night and took us to Bailixia! So touching! The owner even personally picked us up! Truly highly recommended! Rest assured, you won't be disappointed! Service is the most crucial factor!

The room was average, meeting the standards of a budget hotel. The main advantage was its location in the government service park; it was relatively quiet and close to Rongyue Park. If you plan to drive in, you need to contact the hotel in advance to let them know, otherwise you'll be stuck at the entrance for several minutes, which is quite inconvenient. The hotel breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but overall it was decent. A male staff member even gave directions.

The room was relatively new. We checked in at 2 a.m. due to an emergency, so we stayed on the second floor, facing the road. We had booked four rooms, and the one we stayed in had a strong cigarette smell that lingered overnight. The dry and wet areas were separated, which looked OK. There was no breakfast, but there was a beef noodle restaurant across the street, so we didn't eat.

There are 4 bottles of mineral water, which is very good. Others: There is no gym or swimming pool, but most of the people who live here want to go out and play, so it basically doesn't matter. The breakfast was average. I paid extra to book a room with breakfast, but it didn't feel like it was worth it. The vending machine at the door is very affordable and the rice dumplings inside are delicious. Overall it is worth living and the price/performance ratio is relatively high.
