The price during the Chinese New Year is completely unimagined at a high premium. It may be because it is not a tourist city, but it is precisely because there are fewer bustling people. The living is very quiet and comfortable. The sanitation and cleaning are reassuring and comfortable. The environment is quiet and advanced. This price of living in orange crystal in the tourist city really dare not think, the hand-made coffee in the room, the warm lighting, the essential oil aroma on the bedside, all show the details of the brand. Snack gift bag was sent when checking out. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the type of breakfast can be increased. The heating is too sufficient, I have to open the window to sleep at night, haha 😃

I booked this place for a friend, and the overall experience was excellent. Xiao Hao was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making all the arrangements in advance and responding promptly. The rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable furnishings and a tranquil environment, perfect for relieving travel fatigue. The location is convenient, and the price is excellent. My friend was very satisfied throughout the stay and would definitely book again. I highly recommend it for any trip!

I had a really great stay at this hotel, but what made the experience special was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Even with language barriers at times, they always tried their best to help me and made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere felt very personal and authentic compared to many standard hotels. The owners and staff were warm, patient, and always smiling, which made the stay much more memorable. You can really feel that they care about their guests and put effort into creating a comfortable environment. I would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a room, but also for genuinely friendly people and a local experience.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation, which saved me a lot of time and effort for meetings and getting around. The room facilities were comprehensive, new, and ran smoothly, and the cleanliness was meticulous. The service was professional and efficient; check-in was quick, and any requests were handled promptly. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection and tasted good, perfect for business travelers needing a quick and satisfying meal. Both the hardware facilities and the human-centric service were top-notch. It's definitely my first choice for business travel and worth coming back to.

Everting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories. One thing management need to focus on: 1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

The hotel has a good location with many scenic spots nearby, and the rooms are relatively clean. The only drawback is that the room lighting is too dim; with all the lights on, only a few dim bulbs are visible.

Facilities: Fully equipped and well-maintained. Hygiene: Clean. Service: The front desk staff were very helpful and polite; anything we needed was delivered to our room immediately after a call.

Advantages Good location, Diagonally opposite Huiyou Shopping Center, The restaurant has many choices. Going out is the bus stop, Directly by car from Xiong'an's eyes. There's a parking lot in the backyard, Self-driving is friendly. Fruit and ice cream are available in the lobby. But the shortcomings are deadly, Room facilities and handling issues, Stay in the quality of the hotel. Service awareness needs to be strengthened, I don’t know what training is. In 2026, Two hundred rooms can't be trusted.

I'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂 I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!
